Chris - As a leadership coach and career consultant, I think you have done an excellent job applying research findings from positive psychology to the benefit of others. This negativity bias surfaces at work too. A good employee will get a performance review that is 95% positive, yet the employee tends to focus on and remember the 5% improvement needed.
