    Chris - As a leadership coach and career consultant, I think you have done an excellent job applying research findings from positive psychology to the benefit of others. This negativity bias surfaces at work too. A good employee will get a performance review that is 95% positive, yet the employee tends to focus on and remember the 5% improvement needed. I plan to use your Ted Talk in my leadership development program as a way to introduce the topic. Thank you! - Lisa Jacobson

    At 74, I've had many successes, but it's the mistakes that come immediately to mind. Over time, l can feel myself becoming bitter. Is it normal to blush over memories of events that happened 50 years ago?
