Ohhh.... i have this watch now for 2 months and it is just breath taking. It brings peace to my collection as i am less and less restless in wanting to find the next piece.

Okay sir I'm trying to figure out what it is your trying to say what me and Felo are Saying is that we don't have any interest in a Rolex Submariner anymore we own Ginaults so we don't want a Rolex anymore we are perfectly content and satisfied
@HittinGreens Hello. Whatever resell value a Rolex has, of course, is much higher than the resell value of other watches costing a fraction of the purchase price of the Rolex. This is just an obvious fact. However, my point is, and this is my opinion and I don't mean to impose it on anybody else, is that for a fraction of the cost of a Rolex, the Ginault offers a tremendous watch in terms fit & finish, quality, and performance. As such, I'm so impressed and happy with Ginault that I wouldn't spend the rest of the money needed to get a Rolex. Again, this is me, you as many others may only be content with a Rolex, and that is absolutely fine.

Right on! This one is actually my third lol ocean Rover I also have both versions of the silent service all of them are superb and far beyond any of their competition by far my best watches how long ago did you order?
Finally arrived last week and it's every bit of what you said it was. Took a little over 3 months but worth the wait. Thinking about getting a silent service now too and watched some of your content on that one- looks like another winner.@@mr.eswatchreviews
@@scotthoughton1802 I would highly recommend it I'm actually wearing one of my silent services right now LMAO so I actually have the diver and travelers models of the silent service both of them are excellent The traveler has a 12 position bi-directional bezel that is buttery buttery smooth and the bigger has an actually improved 120 click bezel over the ocean Rover even though having them side-by-side it's hard to tell the difference because both of them are so luxurious and buttery smooth plus the silencer vs. Still in phase 2 pricing so you can save a lot of money

That's awesome Jack I will forewarn you they are a little bit backed up now you may want to put in the order a bit earlier than April so you have it on your birthday otherwise you'll probably wind up waiting another month or two to get it if you order it on your birthday but again excellent choice and congratulations and happy early birthday

@@jackthomas6952 to be honest I don't know I mean if I was them I would definitely keep making both watches the silent service and the ocean Rover 2 Jack I would recommend putting in the order as soon as possible as they also have the option of putting down a deposit and then paying it off once the watch is finished myself personally on the three that I have bought luckily my credit card was doing a deal where they had zero percent interest for like 6 months so I was able to stretch out and pay in increments

Does this have the new flatter case back? If so how thick is it compared to your other or2 on your calipers?
All of my or2 have the same case back the silent service is different

Yeah it's not even close this watch here is like up on the Rolex level of quality they're actually quite a few different videos where I do comparisons I have two different battle royal videos but if you would like I would be happy to do a direct comparison between the s&m 019 and the or2 however to be honest the silent service is a better direct comparison as those are both 41 mm but yes all day long the Ginault to be honest had I not decided to start a watch review channel I would have never bought any of the other watches I own but since I started the channel I had to have watches the people wanted to see and I was honestly curious myself about how good they are in comparison and also to find out whether or not I had wasted money and to help everybody else be able to not waste your money so in the short of it if you can afford it go Ginault again the Saint martins are a very nice watch for what they are and for what they cost but it's nowhere near the level of quality of Ginault and the fact that San Martin watches are all mass-produced versus hand-built and in-house regulated

How does the bezel action compare to the ss? The bezel action on my OR2 is quite a bit stiffer. IMO, too stiff.
Mine are all about the same between the ss and or2 it may be that the ss bezel is easier to grip
@@mr.eswatchreviews the OR2 bezel on mine is definitely a lot stiffer. It was one of the ones that had a bezel that was too stiff that needed to be adjusted but it's still too firm.
Yeah Ryan I'm not familiar with that situation I think I've heard something about it before but on the three that I have they are all buttery smooth with just the right amount of resistance have you emailed John to see if there's maybe something else that can be done also if you don't mind me asking what year is it as currently I have a 2019 a 2022 and a 2023
Week 12 is almost here...... But it will be too late since i am.first going on vacation, so have to wait a bit more. But hopefully by the end of September this baby is on my wrist....
Wow man Eddie I have to say I'm very jealous I start my vacation after work tomorrow I only managed to take off one week how in the hell do you get that much vacation time
@@mr.eswatchreviews Oh sorry did not want to show off. We are very fortunate in the Netherlands i know. We have a minimum 25 vacation days per year by law when working full time. I also changed my contract so that i get paid for less hours of work then i actually work so i can save for extra days. Meaning i save extra 25 days per year. And then some companies also offer buying extra free time and or take unpaid leave up to 6 months (sabbatical).
@@StEtienne1979 wow that's great man unfortunately here in the US you're lucky to get a week I am fortunate enough to get two weeks but the shop is so busy it cannot afford me to be able to take two weeks together send the best I'm able to do is get nine days straight from weekend weekend but either way I'm going to take it and smile enjoy your vacation
@@mr.eswatchreviews I have heard it before, it is utter strange to me. A good balance in work and personal life makes us to achieve the best in both! My boss also does not contact me in my spare time. In France they already went that far that by law it is forbidden for employers to contact their employees in their free time with work related questions.

Absolutely I plan on doing it very soon basically I'm going to compare to three that I have the Golden sands loom with the dark blue aluminum bezel and then the two ceramics blue and black

How long did the whole process take from order to delivery?
@@luciusmirkwood1634 it depends sir I've had a number of viewers that have received theirs in about 4 weeks as I have bought a number of watches from them if they're really busy it can take up to 8 weeks but from what I understand as of right now they are running ahead of schedule and getting them out the door in about 4 weeks
@@mr.eswatchreviews did you ever tell which bezel color you preferred? Initially I was thinking standard black, but after watching your video, I think the blue bezel, is the winner. I like the contrast and how it makes the red seconds hand pop. Would love to hear your thoughts
@@luciusmirkwood1634 I wear a lot of blue and it is my absolute favorite color and although the blue that they used is a little darker than I like but if I was going to wear one of the other every single day I would wear the blue I really got the black because most of my suits are all black I actually did a live show where I discussed all three of my ocean Rovers as I also have an aluminum bezel version with the Golden sands lume I would say the black will probably go with more stuff like it's a super tough call and just so you know when you're out in the daylight the blue is very blue but when you're inside it does not always look blue sometimes it looks almost black
