Arkansas State Police Traffic Stop -- Trooper calls insurance company, tells driver to call a ride!

On March 26, 2024 at around 7:35 AM, CPL Aaron Morphis stopped a motorist for not having insurance on her vehicle. The driver was cited for the insurance and given a warning for driving without a license.

No drivers license or insurance- just tow the car. Why are we paying for all this when half the drivers don't bother and there are little to no consequences.

Arkansas has a law that if vehicles do not move over FINE of up t $ 250.00 is possible.My question is,are there that many people who have such a low IQ they don`t move over,or they simply don`t care if the hit or kill a State Trooper? I counted more than 34 vehicles that didn`t move over and if the maximum fine was issued that would be over $ 7,500.00 which could be used for the purchase of rear dash cams on the Troopers cars and also Arkansas should join the other 29 states that now have front & rear license plates.Maybe if a Trooper is killed,they will take action on this? I hope this does not happen.
