    Today, I made whipped cream roll cake filled with milk whipped cream.
    The harmony of soft castella and milk whipped cream is so pleasant.
    Now don't buy it, make it and eat it!
    ▶ Ingredients ( Use 300 X 195mm rectangular fan)
    □ Egg yolk (3ea) 50g
    □ Sugar 20g
    □ Salt 1g
    □ Vanilla extract 3g
    □ Milk 44g
    □ Cooking oil 32g
    □ Soft flour 72g
    □ Egg white (3ea) 105g
    □ Sugar for meringue 70g
    □ Whipping cream 240g
    □ Sugar 13g
    □ Condensed milk 20g
    □ Decorative deco white / powdered sugar
    ▶ Please read before making.
    ○ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    ○ Milk and cooking oil are used in lukewarm conditions.
    ○ Egg whites, whipped cream, and mascarpone cream cheese are used cold.
    ○ Use unscented cooking oil, such as canola oil or grapeseed oil.
    ○ Sift the soft flour.
    ○ If you have mascarpone cream cheese, it's good to add 30g!
    Add 300 whipped cream, 30 mascarpone, 20 sugar, 30 condensed milk and mix.
    ▶ Making whipped cream roll cake (170 degrees 20-25 minutes)
    ○ Put parchment paper according to the size of the pan.
    ① Add sugar to the yolk and mix until it turns ivory.
    ② Add salt and vanilla extract and mix.
    ③ Add lukewarm milk and cooking oil and mix.
    ④ Add the sifted flour and mix with a whisk.
    ⑤ Divide the meringue sugar into the egg whites and make a firm meringue.
    ⑥ Take 1/3 of the finished meringue and mix it with the dough in ④.
    ⑦ Add the rest of the meringue and mix.
    ⑧ Pour the batter into the pan, flatten the top and bake. (Make the cream at this time.)
    ⑨ Hit the pan on the floor to release steam, remove it from the frame, and transfer it to a cooling net to cool.
    └ Remove the parchment paper from the side and cool to lukewarm temperature with the sheet turned inside out.
    If it cools down enough to be cold, the sheet may crack.
    ⑩ Remove the parchment paper and arrange the sides.
    Cut one end diagonally to make it easier to roll.
    ⑪ Spread the cream all over the bread, place it thickly in the middle, and roll the sheet.
    ⑫ Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
    ▶ Cream making
    ① Add whipped cream, sugar, and condensed milk to make firm cream.
    ② Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to make it easier to roll.
