Bahroz! Thank you for all your videos on the process/tips+tricks. I had my final interview a little over a month ago and you helped so much! I was wondering how long it usually takes to hear back? - it’s for a process engineer roll. Hopefully all goes well. Thank you for all you do 🫰🏽

Hi Bahroz, thank you for the videos! I just had my interview for Media Specialist role in Germany and I had the cases that I passed then I was invited for the 1st interview with the hiring manager, in the invitation subject was written “Technical Interview” but with a note: “no preparation needed”. Ok I watched all your videos (which are very valuable) and got more focused on situations and behaviour tips then all my interview was 100% technical and I thought strange, like nothing about my work style or attitude but how I would set up campaigns and how I work with tools, etc… I am experienced professional and I wasnt worried about the technical questions but the interview got into the minimal detail and zero about my work style!

Hi Bahroz, I am currently in 1st year MBA . I participated in Peakathon and later on got an Interview opportunity for summer intern position at P&G. There are other student in the same campus who have got the same opportunity.
I started preparing from your videos and some of my seniors for the interview.
When the day came, they scheduled interview slot of only 1 hour for 3 candidates. The person who took interview joined around 25 mins late. Each of us hardly got 10 mins. There was hardly anything discussed. Just some intro, 2 points from my resume and I asked some questions about P&G.
There was another batch of students where there was a different interviewer and each of their interview was for around 45 mins. It was more like how you described in your video.
At the end non of us from my batch got shortlisted but people got shortlisted from the other batch.
I was very much hoping that to convert this opportunity which I got and was very much hoping to get a chance to work at P&G. Is this common that these interviews happen this way?
I am asking this because this was such a great opportunity and I feel I could have done well based on the preparation but I was not tested at all. Was that interview done for formality? Even with a good profile and hard work, did I run out of luck? 😢😢

Hi Bahroz, Thank you for your insightful videos! It really helped me a lot to prepare for my interview at P&G. I want to ask about point number #4, I have actually entered the 3rd interview stage in the P&G Recruitment process.
From the first interview I worked at company A, but I was also in the process of resigning from company A at the first interview and second interview at P&G. So at the 3rd and 4th interviews I moved and worked at another company (Company B). Should I tell the interviewer that I have only worked at Company B for one month? And I don't have much experience yet to answer behavioral questions with a job at Company B. And if I tell P&G that I'm currently working at Company B for only 1 month but want to move to P&G, would that be a red flag for me because they could consider me not loyal?
Or Can I tell the interviewer about my experience with company A even though I no longer work there?

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  Год назад +1

It is perfectly fine to share examples from any of the past experiences doesn’t have to be recent past… and it’s not a red flag to jump to p&g in a month… as long as you can convince or make a point around how P&gs career has always been important to you…

Hi Bahroz. Thank you for the video. Can I ask once again for your confirmation about "candidates will be taken through 3 interviews"? Does that mean I can not fail at the 1st or the 2nd one?

Hi Bahroz, firstly, thank you a lot for making a serial of video on applying for P&G, I watch all of that an it help me a lot.
I have a question is that, for the context, I just took the 2nd interview today (2 round in 3 days). However, when I asked for the feedback of 2nd interviewer, he said that I need to give more details, also in the interview he asked me some probing question (I think I answer it not bad). However, in the 1st interview I answer all the same thing, I even prepare for a more concise way to answer in the 2nd interview but the story, actions,... all of those are the same, but the 1st interviewer didn't complain about that, he even said my story was great.
So do it common for a 2 different interviewers said to me different things even I share a same story. And do I have any chance cause when he ask probing ques I think I answered not bad however in the end of the interview when I asked for areas to improve he still said that I am being high level. So do I have any chance or is it commonly happens like this :( I really desperate to join P&G

Hi Bahroz! I applied for a position and went through a technical interview and 3 rounds of Peak Interviews. Then I received a call from the Brand Manager, saying that I passed all the interviews, but they are looking for someone with higher seniority (5-10 years of experience, I only have 1-2 years). She said that there will definitely be a position for me, maybe next week or in the upcoming months, so it's more like I'm on the reserved list. How realistic is this? Do you think they will offer me a position soon? Should I then go through the same interview process? Thanks a lot in advance for your answer!

    1. Do you have any videos on what kind of questions will be asked in the final interview by the hiring manager?
    2. During my todays interview, the interviewer actually asked me why didn’t I apply for the junior supply chain planning manager as I have managerial experience, leadership skills and etc etc. So, do you think If I get selected for the final interview, then they are gonna consider me for the managerial position rather than the position that I applied for?? And will the questions gonna be related to the higher position?
