Hi sir, After my 3 interviews i was called for a interaction session and asked about joining date and location feasibility. Later i was asked to submit my current company's payslip and offer letter documents. Its been 4 days from then. Does this mean am i selected in p&g or still official confirmation has to be told?. I am a bit confused bcz none of them told confirmation from their side till now.

Your statement of how you would pick the "more like me" options contradicts very directly with your second video (Part 2), in which you clearly state that you would pick 'most like me' if both sides are positive, and 'more like me' if both sides are negative. While I completely agree with your comment on sticking to the 'more' option on both negative side options, would you not agree that we should determine stance based on the statement, rather than having a general rule for the positive ones?

U said for the shipment on time it is getting worse , but it infact is getting improved, as moves from more -ve to less negative.

Hi, I completed 15 in digit, 12 in switch, and in grid all 3 levels but few hiccups in grid. In placement of dots. in between where rotation questions.. Otherwise fine..What chances are there.? Moreover, peak assesment went excellent

Hi sir, I gave my 3rd round interview on Oct 9th and recieved a call on 12th Nov regarding notice period and location preference. Later today i got a call and scheduled with a meet tomorrow with business officials as told hy HR. So whats the probability of getting the offer? Also i haven't informed about the salary details yet. Should i ask that? And is it good to ask any other location if possible other than what they offer? Will that be a negative point?

I just wanted to know if I should take all the assessments for the Marketing Graduate role in one sitting or if I am still allowed (this year) to complete one assessment, let's say the PEAK performance assessment one day, save changes and continue to take the next set of assessments after a few hours or the next day as you've mentioned in this video. 2. Can I also apply for the Sales Graduate role using the same test results? Thank you :)

Can i change the 1 question to “what are the key elements you are looking for in a candidate in this role?” Because when you mentioned “what does success look like” i instantly thought about the results or achievements of the person in this role Also would be in okay to ask them “how the performance of a person in this role will be measured?”

Hi @bahroz recently I attempted assessment test for supply chain planning strategy - it’s been a week and there is no response, I checked the status of my job so it was showing as interview in progress - this means I qualified the assessment right? If qualified means in how many days I will get a response for interview ?

Hello Mr. Bahrouz Thank you for your valuable insights. I could really use your advice on my situation. Sept 2024 i received my first online assessment invitation and i think i cleared it. Since then i have applied for multiple openings and received a total of 7 assessment invitations. Of course i had to take them only the first time and the rest only took me to an automated page saying "assessment finished". So my question is "What am i missing, Sir? Multiple online assessments and no interview calls. It's been 3 months." We can also book a formal consulation if you prefer. Await your reply. Thanks again for your wonderful work!

Hey Bahroz, Thank you so much for your videos. they are incredible resources. You are a legend !!! well, I have a query - I’ve completed two interview rounds. After the first round, I received an email within 24 hours confirming I had passed. I had the second round last Thursday, which went well- the interviewer asked 1 question behavioral and situational, the interview lasted for 1.30 hrs, and the recruiter told me on Friday that they’re reviewing my application and the result of the last round interview. Would update me this week. I’m anxious as it’s now Tuesday; should I follow up again, or does the delay indicate anything?

Hi there - I just wanted to confirm that P&G will allow you to sit for each the digit, switch and grid separately? When I read their material on this exam they explicitly state that you should spend 30 minutes to do it so I wanted to understand if it is still the case that you can pause and then continue the next day.

Thankyou . By learning from ur videos today I gave my assessments . I goofed for digit challenge .. as I was able to complete only 10 . Grid completed all . And for switch I was able to make till 12 . I’m happy was able to do it . Also peak assessment , by applying values and principles I was able to think rationally . Rest let god take care . Also I want to take mentoring from you as I belong to India .. I’m not able to pay u from gpay for calendly appointment . Can you plz help ?

So it is okay if I use the same project for the leadership questions as long as I apply it/spin it in the ways that the interviewer is asking? I don't want it to seem like I only have done one project haha.
