I have just ended the call on my second interview with P&G ( first interviews of my life) and your videos guided me through everything. @@tanya7933 it was mainly situational questions, plus a few details about myself that i have already mentioned in the first. the second one is more focused on problem solving and analythical thinking examples
@@kobe8502 They fired me one day before the 3 month trial period expired with bullsht reasons, month B2 and B3 leaders contradicting each other when trying to find reasons…. Turns out my government covers a large % of my salary during my trial period but not after, so they fired me just before and made me to the dirty work! (nightshift project etc.) What a disappointment…
@@bahroz I finished my interview! She asked a couple probing questions, I believe I answered the probing questions well and added more detail from the initial questions. She ended up mentioning she really liked one of my examples toward the end so hopefully good news soon

Hey bahroz, I have given my second round for supply chain associate position. In situations questions, I didn't understand question properly and answered wrong. I did other situations quite fair but I got confused and did blunder in some Situational questions. Is there any chances? How to perform well in 3rd round with respect to situational questions?

I only have one question: do you know how much time does usually take for P&G to give you feedback after 2nd Panel Interview with two people? I've had my 2nd interview one week ago and they promissed they'll contact me in maximum time of two weeks and now we're in the middle and I wonder if it means there is high chance I might get this job or rather not.

Today in the morning I received a message from one department that they would like to invite me to short fit to role teams call which will take place today in the evening, and a few hours later I recived a message from another HR manager with invitation for technical interview in different department. Is it normal and can I take part in those both calls or what should I do?
