Hello 👋🏻 can you help me figure out how to take off the screen timer ? I would like to be able to have the screen on continuously instead of it turning off until there’s movement . Thanks for your time and for making these videos !

Hi! I know on some of the other Bonoch models, there is a display setting option in the settings menu where you can adjust the auto-lock timer. I don’t recall where that setting is on this model and no longer have it unfortunately but if you check the settings menu, it may be an option there!

hey there - can you hear audio from both cameras when in split screen mode?

Unfortunately you cannot simultaneously hear both cameras but you can manually change between cameras or switch into the camera cycle mode that rotates cameras with audio automatically! Hope that helps!

Yes, you can connect up to 4 cameras, however, split screen viewing will only show 2 at a time! When you have more than 2, you can set up camera cycling to automatically rotate cameras! Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

No specific favorite! Personally, I prefer non-wifi monitors, however, it really depends on what your needs are. The smart monitors do offer a lot of great data insights that can help parents!
