Great question! No, I haven’t had that issue personally but understand your concern! I’ve heard from others the Nuna may actually be better for taller parents but having tested a number of strollers including the UPPAbaby Vista, it really comes down to personal preference. Both are great options and while the Vista doesn’t have a straight bar rear axle, the rear crossbar support cuts through the storage basket underneath so there is a little bit of a trade off. Hey there - first, just make sure you ordered the waterproof version as there are multiple options! Once you confirm, the cover is what you’ll look at to determine the waterproof side. The mattress fibers are the same throughout but the cover has a blue waterproof lining on only one side (toddlers). Hope this helps!

Hi there - if you use the included storage strap for the board and make sure it is tight, the board should sit almost vertical in parallel with the stroller profile. I would say it can be as compact as your stroller (unless you have one of those ultra compact folding strollers)! Hope this helps!

Hi! The RumbleSeat V2+ is the latest second seat (sold separately) for the Vista stroller (costs $249.99) and supports up to 40lbs or 36” height. You need adapters to attach it. The toddler seat that comes included with the Vista V3 stroller is the All-Weather Comfort Seat w/ removable liner which supports up to 50lbs! Hope this helps!

The V3 is still a great option but we do really like our Nuna Demi Grow! Our daughter is on the smaller side and fits well in both but we do feel the Nuna’s seat has a little more headroom! Thanks for watching!

Great question - unfortunately, it is not a wireless device. There is a single, 3-ended cable that connects the monitor to your power source as well as to the camera. The cable length between the monitor and camera is on the longer side by design for flexibility of camera placement in the car. If Bonoch or others make a wireless car monitor, I haven’t come across it yet but certainly be a nice upgrade! Picture quality of this model is by far the best I’ve seen to date though. We mostly bottle feed and use it for heating water but we also typically have water bottles with us and rinse it out after use (for milk) until we can clean it with soap!

Hi! Maybe not a million miles but this new model has an option to toggle between non-wifi and remote viewing through the app! So it’s great if you want to have that capability at select times but have the security of non-wifi mode at home. Hope this helps!

Correct, that’s the listed range. 100 ft is generally plenty for most peoples’ homes. I had no issues with connectivity throughout our house but I’ve also reviewed some long-range monitors from others if you’re looking for greater range!

We don’t like how the bassinet has to go on the bottom if you are using it as a double stroller 😩

Both should be cleaned carefully without submerging in water! You can use soapy water and a paper towel or regular dish scrubber to clean it, avoiding the electronic bottom. And both are good for heating milk. I personally prefer the MW05! Hope this helps!

The problem here is you can't sterilize the surface that the milk touches, so this product is not a safe device for its intended target (young babies).

I guess if you are considering sterilized as in steam-cleaned that may be true since you cannot submerge the device but as with regular bottles and parts, cleaning with warm water and soap is pretty effective. That said, if you’re uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness you can personally achieve using the product, I’d recommend looking at alternatives!

There are definitely some positives and negatives about smart monitors vs. non-smart but from my experience, it’s been helpful having the security and stability of a monitor that doesn’t rely on internet! Also, it can be cumbersome and draining on your phone battery when you have to use it as a monitor. Having said that, every parent can choose what’s best for their needs and lifestyle! Hi there - for us on a full charge, it has generally run for around 2 hours although we’ve never run the battery to empty! Typically, our daughter will use it for 20-30 minutes at a time. I’m unsure if there is an extended life battery available but we have been pleased with the stock battery to this point! Hope this helps!

Congratulations! I haven’t heard of any specific recalls and don’t have any of the UPPAbaby car seats but we have an adapter to use our Nuna Pipa and it works great! We’ve used that car seat for several years without problems and would recommend!

They said to check your local power voltage and verify it matches but if still having issues to contact support@momcozy.com with the email used for purchase, description of issue, and shipping address for replacement, if necessary. There are several ways to install the seat and it depends on the child’s size but there are seat hook connectors, a seat back hook, and seatbelt slots. I can make a brief video to show the various install options!

Yes! You can turn the light off by simply tapping the center silver touch button on top of the machine once! Tap again to turn back on and hold to dim. You can also do this through the mobile app.

Hey there - the bassinet (sold separately for V3) does not come with the attachments for the lower connection. It will attach directly to the stroller in the normal seat position without attachments. You would need to purchase a set of lower adapters and upper adapters to secure the bassinet to the lower position and toddler seat up top. I’ll show this in my upcoming full review of the V3!

Yes, you can breathe through both sides just fine! Newton recommends waiting to use the waterproof side until your child is one year old to ensure max breathability for infants though. Hope this helps!
