Hey Ang! Hope you're well. Thank you and no I'm not injured in a sense but I've been having pains while I've been playing. I've been recommended to wear a splint whilst practicing. I had a lesson on Saturday with a new teacher and she's advised against it long term tho as not to over rely on it. Started looking at something called Alexander technique too. Hoping it helps lol
