We have owned a 2008 VW Jetta for 12years. Great car.
How many miles do you have on it? Are you having issues with the transmission lagging? There is one of like to purchase but I'm hesitant.

Are they good in the snow
I had a 2006 Jetta TDI and it would spin the tires a lot. It had GLI rims with Continentals on it. I don't really like the coni's. If you want a good car for the snow you need to buy an Audi, I have 3!

How's the gas consumption?
These were good. They also have really nice power. 5 cylinders are really cool to drive. The engine noise is great too
I hope you never get a newer model to have to sell..lol
