    Tell us about yourself ?
Why do you want to work in Sterile Processing?
What have you done to prepare for this interview ?
Why do you want to work for this facility ?
In a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your attendance, explain why ?
Give us an example of Customer Service in where you successfully resolved an issue, how did you go about in handling the situation and what was the outcome ?
How would you go about in establishing credibility with your team members ?
Share a time when you willingly took on additional responsibilities or challenges. How did you successfully meet all of the demands of these responsibilities?
How would you handle a situation in where a Doctor needs an instrumentation right away however it is not sterile ?
How would you deal with an Angry Irate Doctor needing a particular set however it is not ready ?
How do you handle conflict with co-workers ?
In your evaluation from previous experience, what were the positive points your Co-Workers said about you ? What were the negatives ?
Tell us about a time you dealt with a Co-Worker who wasn’t doing their fair share of the work, what did you and what was the outcome ?
What are your strengths and weaknesses ?
Where do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years ?
Describe your experience in working with scopes/endoscopy ?
Is there anything else you would like to add, and why should we hire you ?

I was also a pulmonary manager and worked for the hospital and clinic. I've never got rejected on any interview in my life. I just have a natural confidence, I'm honest, I'm professional, and I don't do all this practicing, hiding personal things, I just answer the questions directly, sincerely and to the point. I'm an incredibly hard worker, I don't mince my worth, I was a felon and STILL got hired so no I can't lie or hide my personal life, I am accountable for my past, I worked my tail off to change my life and I use my second chance with all I've got. I follow rules, I listen, I do as I'm told and I ask questions and admit my mistakes and do better every day. I think these are the keys to getting a job and passing an interview.

Im applying for a 2nd job, but totally different from my field of study, television. Im applying for a high school academic coach, but the school principal happens to know me from years ago. I didn’t do so well, but I got myself straighten up, studied broadcasting communications and graduated with flying colors. The school saw me as a hopeless failing student, but I proved them all wrong with working hard and getting my degree. I’m hoping I can get such job to be an inspiration to the current students that there’s hope and second chances. I always watch your videos to mentally prepare myself.

I'm proud of you and you are an inspiration! I wouldn't worry about proving anyone else wrong. In many cases, people who made you feel hopeless are themselves hopeless, foolish and miserable. They won't understand or acknowledge your success and the true magnitude of your accomplishments as to do so would mean that they were wrong. You don't need their approval! Just go out there and do the best that you can and have fun doing it.
