I have a job interview tomorrow sterile processing tech and another interview at a different hospital in January. You're awesome great teacher. I like this guy.
Hi Steve, I can't thank you enough for all of the great information and advice you've given me. I have been looking for a lower-stress job than my past career as a respiratory therapist. Your excellent videos on sterile processing have made me interested in pursuing a career in SP. I plan to watch all of your videos. I might need to ask you a question or two in the next few weeks as I learn more about this career. Many thanks, Steve!
I came from a very different industry and applied for a Sterile Technician position here in UK. Tomorrow is my interview. I got no formal education on that position except for the videos I watch in youtube. I am very thankful for Steve since I am learning so much from his videos regarding sterilisation.. I do hope I pass my interview tomorrow :D
I was also a pulmonary manager and worked for the hospital and clinic. I've never got rejected on any interview in my life. I just have a natural confidence, I'm honest, I'm professional, and I don't do all this practicing, hiding personal things, I just answer the questions directly, sincerely and to the point. I'm an incredibly hard worker, I don't mince my worth, I was a felon and STILL got hired so no I can't lie or hide my personal life, I am accountable for my past, I worked my tail off to change my life and I use my second chance with all I've got. I follow rules, I listen, I do as I'm told and I ask questions and admit my mistakes and do better every day. I think these are the keys to getting a job and passing an interview.
I currently work for the government in SPD and have an interview today at another hospital for a technician position. However I will be sharing your videos with my current educator. Lots of great info!

Im applying for a 2nd job, but totally different from my field of study, television. Im applying for a high school academic coach, but the school principal happens to know me from years ago. I didn’t do so well, but I got myself straighten up, studied broadcasting communications and graduated with flying colors. The school saw me as a hopeless failing student, but I proved them all wrong with working hard and getting my degree. I’m hoping I can get such job to be an inspiration to the current students that there’s hope and second chances. I always watch your videos to mentally prepare myself.
I'm proud of you and you are an inspiration! I wouldn't worry about proving anyone else wrong. In many cases, people who made you feel hopeless are themselves hopeless, foolish and miserable. They won't understand or acknowledge your success and the true magnitude of your accomplishments as to do so would mean that they were wrong. You don't need their approval! Just go out there and do the best that you can and have fun doing it.

51:48 "I will consider any reasonable offer that you would make to your best candidate." This is great stuff. I also loved the answer along the lines of: Be reasonable about it, but ask for what you need, and if it's too much for them, why would you even want it?
Steve I nailed the interview with your help! Bless you & many thanks.
So glad to hear. Congratulations
The best advice I've seen given by an instructor thus far!
I woke up this morning, searched YT for Interviewing sterile processing. listened intently throughout the video, pausing to take notes, repeat, play...3 hrs later, i had my panel interview w/the VA Administration and less than an hour later, i was offered the job...i attribute my successful interview process solely to the content in this video. Highly recommended for any interview, but it was particularly relevant in my case. Thank you.
Congratulations. Sorry I missed your post earlier. Wishing you much success.
Just found this 2H before my interview for sterile technician, let's hope I can make the most of this video

Hi Steve,
I can't thank you enough for all of the great information and advice you've given me.

So glad. Please let us know when you ace the interview and get the job.
How are you divi

+fitoverfifty that's awesome. I'm sure that you will do amazingly well. One word of advice, shoot a little bit higher and invest a little more time to get an RN. With that, you can do surge tech and beyond. Only 2 years, many more options.

Boston Career Institute (BCI Inc.) - Brookline thanks so much. Interview went great.
@@BostonCareerInstitute Thank you so much!! You're a fantastic teacher. Inspiring the many minds who came across your path.
