You know what’s awesome. I’m obsessed with physics and astronomy and both the theory of relativity and the special theory of relativity and quantum theory and when I was growing up and people would find out that I believed in god I could see the change on their face that it somehow made me smaller and less intelligent in their eyes and they would be shocked but I’ve also told them man I don’t see how the two can’t be mutually exclusive. Just bc there is a god doesn’t mean he does magic. It makes perfect sense to me that in order to create everything that is here and to let all of creation carry its own momentum and run on its own as it were, there would have to be a set of guiding principles that perpetuates everything in existence a.k.a. Physics. Like maybe the origin of math is god maybe god can only think in math and that’s why everything in existence at the end of the day can be represented with symbols numbers and letters and quantified and concluded bc in order for god to create existence maybe what he needed to do was think of the theory of everything mathematically and then create a physical energy source like stars and maybe time isn’t linear for god so maybe he just saw it as all of existence in one continuous equation. Who knows but I honestly tnink that the more we learn about the quantum world and the more we learn about how energy and matter work and how it’s interchangeable and can’t be created or destroyed just change form I mean it all sounds like what would simply be necessary for how this universe works? Idk that’s just my opinion but that was a super long winded nod or agreement.
