▷ About Paul:
Paul Rodriguez, also known as “P-Rod” was recognized as a prodigy at the young age of 14, only two years after he started skating. His consistency, effortless style and persistence on his board led Paul to travel far from his home town of Northridge, CA to the City Streets around the world as a part of the legendary City Stars team. His passion for skating and filming with his friends led to his breakout part in Logic 6 in 2000, Street Cinema in 2001 and landed him Rookie of the Year in 2002 for his part in Tranworld’s video production “In Bloom.” He turned pro later that year.
Paul bought his first skateboard at the age of 12. When he’s not skateboarding, Paul enjoys studying the lives of influential individuals, including his favorites such as Alexander the Great and Bruce Lee.
Paul currently lives in Los Angeles.

That's great, I feel the same as Paul says, I'm doing sports, a good diet, a beer every 15 days... and I feel out of shape, but the attitude and point of view is very important, that kind of routine , exercise, body recovery, eating well is not difficult because you enjoy life and it is a sign of a strong mind, you feel that you are on the right track, some people see it but do not understand, where do you get that energy? Well, it's the attitude and discipline that skateboarding forged us.

P Rod, the old thing is a lie. We were all told that. I’m 41. The great lie of 2020 was the reset for me. I started to skate again after 25 years off to improve my surfing, and it’s been the best trip back ever. The feeling like shit this is 100% dietary. Go carnivore and stop drinking. Cut out all seed and vegetable oils. Fast 16 hours a day. Go to bed early. Get up early and get at it. You’ll stop being in pain. I surfed 2 times today for 2.5 hours a session. I’ve surfed the last two weeks straight for minimum 4 hours a session. Not sure if you know, but surfing two hours is like skating for an entire day. Most people can’t surf more than 1.5 hours realistically. But, it’s all diet. Been full carnivore for two years, been fasting intermittently for about 7, mostly on, lest my body needs more, and I haven’t drank since the end of Dec. 2019 when the greatest lies ever told started. I also go to be early, because I’m up at 4am to go surf. I feel better and stronger now at 41 than I did at 22. No bs. For you guys, getting back on the horse with your talents, would be cake if you made a few small changes. Best thing I ever did.
