Does ecm needs to be recalibrated after installing new 7th injector or is it just plug it and drive

No ..this is a mechanical injector (no electrical wiresconnected to it), even replacing the AHI module , no need for calibration

If the d13 was deleted and you still see alittle moisture around it, would it be best to change ?

I don t see why you would replace it because of the moisture when the pipe is becoming hot (it s an exhaust) specially when talking about "deleted ". .. just make sure you don't have any pressure escaping thru it, if you do , may need to replace just the gasket.
If it wouldn't be deleted, this part is actualy part of yearly maintenance , just like air dryer filter ... so every year have to be replaced so you won t stuck on the road with broken parts and hi repair bills .

@@tubeup I think they should of turn off your AHI thru the computer when it got deleted (that s the one sending air pressure and fuel thru the 7th inj ) since is deleted, the only reason you need it is do not have any pressure lose... can t blame you for having it deleted .. be careful with road pirats or revenue colectors
