Nice video showing everything you need. For people looking to put on a slip on you can simply leave the servo plugged in and remove the servo cables/ stock muffler and it will have the same effect with no engine light. Did this on my 24 zx6r.

Great video I just took mine off and was fortunate enough to feed the cords out without taking the side off

Interesting, that's an actual servo and they moved it. On my 2011 Ninja 1000 it's a stepper motor next to the battery. Now that I think about it, Stepper motors are really durable so I don't really need this besides weight reduction. I was just curious what it looks like. I'm running Yoshimura Exhaust with the Titanium and Carbon Fiber, She sounds sweet.

Does the servo buddy get rid of that engine light? Cuz that's what I got before I installed it and started up my engine 🤣

I just did this exactly to the tee and I still have the check engine light on. Does it take a couple of miles to reset? I did ride around for about 50 miles without the servo motor or a servo buddy (so obviously the check engine light was on), but I figured it would turn off once I installed it.

If you rode around without anything you might have to get the codes cleared off the computer
