They could've made that can sit a little closer to the tire at the R&D department at M4, plenty of room left i don't know why they left such a massive gap.

Regarding everything u just said. Why does my stock 2024 go so much slower then a stock 2021… 153 top speed before cut off compared to a 165??? Is that all jsut my ECU also recently wrecked my 650 got hit by tesla upgraded to 2024 636 and it was my 29th birthday yesterday wish u guys were florida local would love to get this flashed

The 2024 is designed to be 50/50 street bike and circuit bike, now it has shorter gears and drag kit and another engine configuration for more comfort at low revs, basically being a beast in torque, but it is normal! !

Your stock tuning is actually amazing enough already. If someone wants a quiet ride with the factory muffler or with an aftermarket muffler with dB killer, I think the stock tuning will suffice in making the most of the stock bike and be neighborhood friendly. 115HP is already too much for the streets and nobody really needs to make their bikes scream at 16,000rpm all the time, so, for me, your amazing job on the stock tuning is perfect for the 2024 ZX6R, 636. This is my dream bike by the way, so I really appreciate all the info you are providing us.
Do you plan on getting rid of the other emissions control like the Air Injection System, correct me if I am wrong, that thing that lets in air into the exhaust for emissions control? Some shops are getting rid of that or blocking it off for whatever reason they have. Also, will you be exploring any airbox mods, velocity stacks, intake runners, etc just to see if you can still squeeze more performance out of the bike?
Thanks and more power to you.

In the 2024 Kawasaki manual the valve service is down to 12000 km from 24000 km (down to 7500 miles from 15000 miles). Is the engine more stresed or the materials of lower quality ?

Well, this seals it then, new ZX6R is better on road than the old one, thanks for comparing with the old model :)
So this basically is a bang for our buck and you can't go wrong to pick newer model.

Just considering the exhaust for my new ZX6R 636 2024y. My question is about the sondas what are on pipes . One is just close to 1x4 port the next is on catalytic converter pipe.
Should I just cut it? Yours system does not include the input for these sonda.
    What do You recommend?
