My question is if I were to install an exhaust system like this where would I get my bike tuned? What’s your location?
Hard to tell exactly how something will sound, after RUclips processing, camera microphone shortcomings, a bunch of sound insulation on dyno walls, and so on. I do like the look of the M4, the fact they actually employ some muffling before using a stubby tip exit (unlike SC Project).
Some of these systems, you'd see more variance out in the real world from one day to the next by sheer weather barometric pressure and temp fluctuations.
I was hesitant about the M4 for my 2022 XSR900 due to how loud people said it is… well…it is loud, but it’s a fantastic sort of loud, and I am very happy I picked it up. Not to mention, I think it looks awesome.
@@links311 I have a subwoofer and a couple of THX certified satellite speakers on my computer, and the video doesn't indicate such things. Hence, the comment. Camera mics are okay for talking, pretty crap for music/engines. What matters to me more than actual sound pressure (loudness, db, etc) is tone. I will pay for good tone, run away from bad tone, as loudness is secondary to all that.
Hell yeah! I still haven't received my M4 exhaust yet, but I'm happy you got the tune ready to go. You answered pretty much all my questions with this vid. I'll put the exhaust on when it finally arrives, maybe without the air box & with baffle in for a bit and I'll send the ECU in with the fastest shipping I can get when I think I won't be riding it every day lol. Are these tests with or without the baffle? Will the baffle affect the AFR much?
Without. Baffle in would be a big drop with M4's baffles.

What does the M4 make with the Q10 baffle included? I live in a building with a larking garage so yea.....lol

Can you do a video on the MIVV exhaust for these bikes? They are huge in the Mt09 owners circle. Tons of people buy them for their budget price and good sound.

does turning off the O2 sensor loop or disconecting the O2 sensor kill the cruise control function? I heard that was a thing on the Gen 3
Picking up the SP on friday been on a waiting list for soooo long. Need exhaust and tail tidy. Hard to find tail tidy right now too.

I reached out to TST and they said in about 6-8 weeks. That was about two weeks ago. I had a Vagabond tidy on my Gen3 and their support said design is finalized and now manufacturing them. Should be available latest 6 weeks.
I ordered my tail tidy off ebay from a guy/company in the uk just installed it actually lol its nice. only took about a week to get here too! (I'm in NJ)
What's the weight difference between the systems and how would you compare the sounds? I liked the power and feel of the Yosh but the sound wasn't my favorite. The tone was just a bit too fart can sounding.
Which pipe is louder between the m4 and the yoshi? These are the two I'm debating and this is the final question that is just so hard to answer if you have not heard them both in person.

What brands of exhaust do you have left for the this bike? I’m leaning towards the Yoshi
It's an ever-growing list. We always grab them all for popular models like this. We even have a couple pretty terrible Chinesium systems here for it 😅

Crazy, but it has more torque than SC Project and the hp difference is negligible.

How do you have SC project when they just wrote me they are starting developing exhausts for MT09 2024 just now?

SC Project has black pipes, Looks better, and Sounds better
