I am Alieu Rogers reading food security in my senior year in Morocco. I really want to have more knowledge in this field of study. How can I get in full contact with you? Do you have a WhatsApp group where you people provide tutorial?
I have question abaout color code the chopping board We used Green for vegetables Yellow for white meat Red for red meat Blue sea food Brown for cooked food White for dairy products
Thank you for getting in touch. Food establishments can create their own system but doing so with colour coded chopping boards can become confusing especially if you have a new staff who have learnt the already existing colour codes for the chopping boards. We would suggest that you follow the same system provided and use other colours such as orange, purple etc, for other food types, as we know some people may eat white meat and not red meat. But do put signages up to instruct staff and remind yourself with the new colour coded chopping boards. See our colour coded chopping board video ruclips.net/video/jmzN5X5uMoI/видео.html
