This would be my recommendation for just a little over under $1,000, Pixel 7a $250, pixel watch 1 $125, pixel buds pro $100, pixel tablet $499, and cromcast 4k $59. The pixel tablet is so underrated. It's a smart hub and really good tablet!
I am getting deeper in the Android ecosystem month after month. I have two Android phones with two sim cards, an Android watch, and a Chromecast. I will probably get an Android tablet over the summer.
The watch is the worst buy as it got scandalous battery but honestly you have opened my eyes regarding my future purchases, why get one smartphone for $800 while you can get all of that for just over $700!
That about how long they are supposed to last, but tech heads must have the latest and greatest. It's the same with Graphics cards. Tech heads will buy a new graphics card the moment they see a single frame drop in the latest games lol.
A Chromebook would have been a nice addition, especially one that converts into a tablet. You'd probably still have change out of the $300 too, there's some genuinely decent machines at that price.
For 843£ last year I got Honor Magic 5 Pro 669£ (latest and greatest) Honor Magic Watch 2 80£ (latest, not greatest, but unbelievable). Sony Linkbuds S 94£ (not greatest, but unbelievable). Yes. Don't spend much. It's ridiculous
So funny I ran across this video today. My internet provider has a promotion for a free line with 1 GB service, so since it's free I decided to use a Pixel 7 I have in a drawer. I planned to sell or giveaway the Pixel 7 once I received my S24+, but I just couldn't. If I like the mobile service through my provider I might just move the SIM card (yes, they use SIM) to my S24+ later. Why I said it was funny is because everything except speakers and Nest Hub I already have, but now I'm peaked about getting the speaker pair. Great video and perfect to show people you really don't have to break the bank.
I got a Nest Hub (2nd gen) and Nest Mini (2nd gen) for a bundle deal of about $45 back in 2022. Works great but I've had to tweak the sensitivity of each of them twice.
1000$ for that ... I don't think so. I understand the idea. Ecosystem is so overated whatever it's Google, Apple, Samsung or another brand. Personally, i just want an amazing Android smartphone : main priority. An full brand ecosystem is a nice to have.
I use a 6a, pixel buds pro, galaxy 4 for $60 off eBay (pixel watch sucks), Chromecast, couple minis, but never looked into nest hubs. This is my life 😂
Stopped watching as soon as we mentioned the second hand market. Not everyone wants a used phone, and often the prices quoted cannot be found, certainly not in the UK.
Did you actually buy the stuff you are showing from eBay. Seems to me like you are showing brand new review unit and showing you can get these for this and this price on eBay which is very misleading for this challenge. Should have put more thoughts into the video
@@taryarwinhtet7653 no it doesn't 🤣🤣 so because he didn't buy them the price changed? I found them on ebay at the same price. The point wasn't to buy it, it was to tell the audience what devices can be bought under 1000
Because if they compete at higher price tiers they can’t sell their products. The majority of Android customers are in India, it’s their biggest market. If you are going to charge high prices, those customers are buying Apple Products.
The fact that all of that for under 1k 👀👀 and here we are spending more than that in just our phones
We don't have Tensor, at least

One of the most interesting videos I've watched in a while. Big up for coming up with the idea 👍👍
I think this one is going to matter to a lot of people. Great video

Much better than being in the Apple walled garden. Android has so many more options, customization and features.

A very positive eye opener
I actually just bought a Pixel book go in ebay, used. I'm excited for it to arrive.
Practicality is a norm nowadays. Buy what you really "used" most of the time.
What was the watch face on your pixel watch with all those app-launch icons at the bottom (kinda like a dock)?
Yeah I really like it had it for a while, it's called pixel fanboy!
It's crazy that some people change phones every year. 1 phone lasts me 3-5 years.

Nice video. Definitely different than other videos and that's good to see 😊
I got the watch, 7 Pro and Buds Pro, all mint for $400.
You dont want to use a P5 everday ... Big Oof. Me using my P5 to watch this.
I'm so sorry 😅
I love my Pixel Watch 2 too! ❤ Together with my Pixel 8 Pro, my Nest Home, my Sony TV with Google TV, and my Pixel Buds Pro! ❤
Next do samsung, one plus, and xiaomi ecosystem
Samsung Watch 4 - $170
Samsung Buds 2 - $85
Samsung Tab 9a+ - $220
Samsung A54 - $315
All new
One of the best budget eco System viedeos i ever see. Thanks
I love Google Android open Ecosystem 💯
The 7a is selling for $350 right now. Do you recommend that over the $550 pixel 8? I need a new phone ASAP as my OnePlus 6t is no longer usable :(
Samsung Watch 4 - $170
Samsung Buds 2 - $85
Samsung Tab 9a+ - $220
Samsung A54 - $315

A new watch 4 in 2024???

Good video EXCEPT you didn't include a laptop (or at least a tablet)? That and a phone are the most important part of an ecosystem. Come on, man!
I feel like people would rather have a phone than a tablet to be the main focus, maybe next time round!
@@1PaulJ I think almost everyone needs a computer or tablet in addition to a phone. Especially people watching tech videos. 😂
@@jebaker2 he explained why he didn't include the tablet and Google doesn't make a laptop anymore
Switch the hub and speakers for a pixel tablet and you're right around $1,033.00 plus tax.

$100
£100
100€

As great as the phone is, there are just better earbuds for the same or even a smaller price. 😊
I'm not sure "used earbuds" should be an option. That just feels a bit gross. 👂🏻💩
Trying to see how to add a Chromebook to that to complete it
Please do one for samsung
Do for samsung or apple
Samsung Watch 4 - $170
Samsung Buds 2 - $85
Samsung Tab 9a+ - $220
Samsung A54 - $315

I would probably change the nest with pixel tablet which is 2 in 1 device it can be a solid tablet or a nest speaker
This is whack af. You don't need a Chromecast, almost every TV owned is smart. You can get other options through Samsung and one plus for under 700
