Hey man just wanted to let u know, keep it up. I’m 5’10 as well currently 82KGs (180 lbs) and all I can say is, 180 lbs ain’t enough. I personally have bulked up from 132 lbs to 180 and the difference is very noticeable and I am bigger and thicker in every aspect but trust me 170 won’t satisfy you. I’m aiming for 205-210 lbs and recommend the same for anyone in my position.
@ I ain’t gonna bullshit you dawg, it only gets harder (the eating). BUT the results keep u going. The more weight u gain the more u have to keep eating. It’s hard but absolutely worth it at the end.
@@lukewayz i'm 6'3 at 175lb and i've been trying really hard to gain weight as well past 3 months. It's really tough to get into habits but I think once you do you'll see great progess :) keep it up
I’m 5’ 10” 150ish I kind fluctuate from 148 and 150. Harder when your a an inch or two taller cause it doesn’t look as big as someone who’s 5’ 8” and 150 and they look bigger

You already look 160, crazy your only 148-150 gaining shouldn't be too hard as long as your not over-doing cardio keep up the good work
