Hey man just wanted to let u know, keep it up. I’m 5’10 as well currently 82KGs (180 lbs) and all I can say is, 180 lbs ain’t enough. I personally have bulked up from 132 lbs to 180 and the difference is very noticeable and I am bigger and thicker in every aspect but trust me 170 won’t satisfy you. I’m aiming for 205-210 lbs and recommend the same for anyone in my position.

@ I ain’t gonna bullshit you dawg, it only gets harder (the eating). BUT the results keep u going. The more weight u gain the more u have to keep eating. It’s hard but absolutely worth it at the end.
@@lukewayz i'm 6'3 at 175lb and i've been trying really hard to gain weight as well past 3 months. It's really tough to get into habits but I think once you do you'll see great progess :) keep it up

Find out what your maintenance weight is. You can do it on the internet and it’ll show you how many calories you must eat to maintain weight. After that eat around 300-500 cal more than that for a few weeks and then add another 300-500 cal to that and see how your body responds

Hey I don’t want to sound mean or anything cause you look great and your conditioning is better than minimum 90% of average gym goes but when you pose you seem to hide away if that makes sense. Arnold takes in, I believe pumping iron, about opening up your poses rather than hiding away. A good example is how acute the angle of your inner elbow is during your regular bicep flexes. I definitely see the idea of making the bicep peak as much as possible but you make yourself seem smaller and diminish your overall presence when you do things like that. Just keeping your arms at a good 90 degrees is a good start but if you want you can just experiment in the roughly 90-75 degree range to see what works best for you. Also your zyzz pose is really good but it would be made better by doing different things with you hands just to get your peeled asf forearms in there. Also, I would say that if you’re doing zyzz to see as full of a front lat as possible (which I have no clue if that is or isn’t your goal) but if that full front lat look is what you want I would recommend the victory pose since your arms are peeled and you have the underline bicep definition as well as a lean midsection and waist. Also the victory pose would take less attention off your side delts (if that’s what you want) and would really show off your super developed chest and front delts. But that’s just posing stuff that I know cause I’m a tweaker about that stuff. Solid fucking workout dawg.

Good shit, please stop doing the unilateral incline chest press, it is legit pointless. You are getting no added benefit, you are shortening the muscle and limiting the stretch which is what makes you grow.

what headphones do you wear im looking to get some new headphones for the gym
The brand is skullcandy, not sure what model but they're great quality headphones. Only issue I have with them is they slip off my head quite easily when lying down for bench for example but that might just be an issue with my head or something. Would definitely recommend tho the quality's sick
