- safe to say my first time going to the goodwill bins was a success...will never get over all of this being 7 DOLLARS? hope you liked this lil try on haul from my bins experience and sorry I failed so hard at trying to vlog lol the overstimulation got to me! would def recommend going if you've been wanting too just make sure to bring gloves and ideally a friend for moral support! love you, stay sexyyyyyy⭐️

That dress does look 100% Edwardian nightie to me! So pretty. I find the tips often at the thrift store and I’m always shocked how they’re always in such great condition
okay right it’s very that era!! Such a dream find I was shocked I got it but I think people were turned off by the stains which came RIGHT out…the clothes we make now could never last this long😁🙃😁
I had something similar 70s but who knows! We had a store in the uk called Past Times which reproduced a lot of this stuff too in the I think 90s. Fabulous either way but look for overlocker seams and French seams etc to tell eras as well

Love the video Caroline, That crochet hat would set you back $50 or more on etsy and that crochet poncho would be $200 upwards. I love gingham too it doesn't help it's been the it fashion pattern since 2020 at least.

Tip for the poncho if you want to wear it as a skirt, weave a drawstring or thin belt through the “waistband” to cinch it in. Crochet is too thick to alter traditionally with darts and such, plus any cutting risks unraveling.
