I feel like one issue with the app is that it doesn't accurately represent the proportions of the clothes. Like i thought that yellow jacket would be more oversized but it was fitted. I guess that's why leaving notes on the items might be important 😅 so interesting to watch still!
after putting so much effort into taking the pictures just for my clothes to end up looking pixelated & distorted, i wholeheartedly agree 😭it’s why i ditched indyx for whering lol
I don’t even use the app but in theory it would be cool if you could upload 2 pics- one of the item laying flat and also another of the item being worn on the body
@@karli4074 Agreed. Most of these items are available online so even having the picture on the model would give some sense of it if it's too much trouble to take a pic of yourself wearing it.
I guess that duplication of the outfits wouldn't have happened if you had posted your outfit on the app and the stylist had seen it in your Outfits tab.
I loved the video but I do have some comments to make. I feel like most of these outfits circulated around what is now trending rather than creativity. For example, bloomer shorts are trending, let’s make 3 outfits with bloomer shorts. I also noticed a pattern of mixing more athletic pieces with fancier clothes which is something that is definitely popular in NYC or US but not so much in EU (I live in Paris and it’s more rare to see outfits like that). I would love to see a future styling video like that with stylists around the world so we can see more diverse outfits! I did not see a huge difference between each lookbook to justify their difference in pricing. Lots of love, you are a great inspiration!!!
@saranoad i know, but only 10 outfits for 100 dollars is outrageous to me... especially because you do not need to do any outside research and you just have to pick and match from a digital wardrobe. i understand when a style bundle is 200 dollars because a lot of work goes into the sourcing, but in this case, it seems too much. that's just my opinion, though!
idk i think it’s reasonable, it would take some time to go through everything in a wardrobe for the first time and then go back and put together outfits while trying not to be repetitive, and hiring an in person personal stylist would be way more expensive, even factoring in travel costs
It was a nice video with a great idea but I felt sort of frustrated with the missing clothes all the time. Maybe I wouldn't mind it if you just said at the start you'd be trying *some* of the outfits because you don't have all the pieces required without taking too much time talking about how you don't have the clothes in in-between scenes. But maybe it's just me, I just don't take even mild chaos in too well 😅 Anyway to no surprise my favourite was Liz package because I'm a fan. I think she's very skilled in matching even a lot of colors at once :)
I absolutely loveeedddd this video! I would definitely love another one like this!!!!! (Maybe shorter ones but purely for YOUR sanity!!! I actually love it when you post longer vids like I literally got excited when I saw you posted this one😂)
Would love to see a video of outfits which are not so pinterest(y) according to you since at this point everything is a pinterest outfit, would be nice to be educated about the fine line between.
They all did a great job!! Loved seeing you work with Liz, she’s among my fav fashion creators! I have Open Wardrobe but now thinking I need to switch over to Index so I can hire one of y’all omg
One thing about gingham, if the print is tiny it just looks like a solid color. Like your red and white skirt just looked pink, and I think the boxer-looking shorts were also gingham weren't they? I honestly couldn't tell, they just looked gray to me,
Loved the yellow shift dress with that yellow floral scarf - you said the scarf didn’t match. Was it the color or style that didn’t match? Because neither color nor style should match! That’s what takes your outfit up a notch - things should “go” with your outfits not match.
This was such a fun video to watch!! Could we get more of this content please :) I love seeing how the same clothes get used in different ways and styles!!
I liked the dress over the jeans outfit, I definitely see the vision in the picture . When I was in junior high school in the 70’s I wore dresses over my pants
if youre already trying on the clothing piece, i wonder if it would make a difference to take a picture of a clothing item on your body and have it magically cropped that way so it displays how it would on your body... if that makes sense? i already know this might not work on certain pieces like a leather jacket or something like that.. but i think it might work on things like t-shirts, tanks, skirts, shorts, jeans, and pants..
I love Heather's blue shorts and white top outfit and was so surprised at your reaction! I feel like maybe it needs a bit more juxtaposition for your style.. like maybe a trainer or a different bag so it's not so matchy matchy in terms of colours/daintiness? Would love to see you do the vid where your friends/family style your clothes!
19:40 those pants looked more gray+white than blue, and the purse looked more gray than blaring silver, thats how those wouldve matched. Also, the top looked more jean jackety, which can be casual, thus the sneakers.
Most items you buy these days are available online. I just use the online images. Otherwise I do a google lens search for my photo and find the original online listing or something very very similar.
hey laini 💖 love your videos so so much! I have the slouchy peachy den top in black and I know that they recommend dry cleaning only but have you had any luck washing it regularly? I’m afraid to try it since it was so expensive.
Lainiiiiii I think you look you soooo freakin great in the outfit you said looks like a 6 grade graduation 😂haha you’re so funny, but I think you should wear it out 🤩
Hm! Cool idea… super interesting results… seemed like lots of fresh options, for you, which makes it a success. I’m not sure it’d be worth my money to do the same… my capsule wardrobe is so basics-oriented that I’m not sure how many “new” ideas anyone would be able to introduce.
@karlairina I think Indyx will get even more features over time. But I’m already so excited about being able to book my favourite fashion influencers as a stylist. Even tho my style is quite different from yours, I would love to be styled by you
Some of these outfits have creativity and appear well though but other are just two pieces put together. I would expect something more like a visión getting your style for each outfit, it’s SO underwhelming

omg definitely re-do the video with friends + family that would be so cute
I loved the video but I do have some comments to make.

36:15 20 dollars for an outfit that’s just a dress and a pair of boots what 😭
Righttt i feel like towards the end it was 2 or 3 pieces per outfit which is a bit of a scam at the higher price point lmao
So not worth it. The lower end styling was way better
I thought the same thing
Ngl this seems like such a waste of money
The jacket without a top 😭
that outfit you thought was "too cool" for you is honestly in my favorites! you look amazing and it's totally perfect for you!
I love how you progressively get more stressed about not knowing where your clothes are hahaha
i would love to see the family doing your outfits video
the prices for these are so crazy
I actually think it’s reasonable pricing, considering you’ll be saving money by not buying new outfits and getting inspired by what’s in your closet
glad im not the only one who thinks so
@saranoad i know, but only 10 outfits for 100 dollars is outrageous to me... especially because you do not need to do any outside research and you just have to pick and match from a digital wardrobe. i understand when a style bundle is 200 dollars because a lot of work goes into the sourcing, but in this case, it seems too much. that's just my opinion, though!

Honestly the first one (least expensive) was the best!!!!

Beepworld mentioned! Ahh I love her content and I love that this collab happened!
Love Liz Drayna!!
The adidas shorts with the white blouse and sandals is perfect what
White blouse with blue shorts is my favourite!
I agree the sneakers make the whole outfit sooo cutee! The boots made it look like a look from 2010 or so but for the sneakers with it looks amazing
liz ate
That was a lot! Great work. You had enough content here for 3 different videos! I will def. be coming back to watch this one again.
now i wish beepworld did a walk through of her choices❤
I absolutely loveeedddd this video! I would definitely love another one like this!!!!! (Maybe shorter ones but purely for YOUR sanity!!! I actually love it when you post longer vids like I literally got excited when I saw you posted this one😂)
One of your best videos. I wish you had all the clothes with you though. Liz's styling was amazing. She made the most out of your closet!
Would love to see a video of outfits which are not so pinterest(y) according to you since at this point everything is a pinterest outfit, would be nice to be educated about the fine line between.
ok but who has time to photograph their entire wardrobe like whatttt

The "Rowing Blazers" outfit was the best, and the best on you. I lived it.
Please don't beat up on yourself and call yourself names!! No one is perfect. You are amazing Laini! 🥰🏵
loved this videooooooo!!!!!! esp the liz section but i’m a beepworld stan so i’m biased🤭

ur right my fav was the one with the white shirt and blue athletic shorts!
WOW THIS VIDEO IS LIKE MY FAV MOVIE
Yayy beepworld feature 💙
YOUR TOP IS SO CUTE
I loved how after every outfit the video became slightly more chaotic 😅
this literally helped me see what I could pair in my own wardrobe, love these.

Great content, and you can tell lots of work would have gone into this by you and the stylist for this video! Thanks for sharing!
ive said it before and i'll say it again i loveeee pigmami (heather) you and her are my fav fashion / style influencers
WHERE IS THAT STRIPED CARDIGAN FROM? It's so cute omg. I loved this video Laini!!
Mors design
I liked Liz’s the best it was middle range priced and you could tell a lot of thought went into it and she considered all your pieces
My favourite was heather by far and once you find the items I’m sure you will enjoy all of the outfits 😊
you progressively spiraling is so real when making outfits 😭
Omg I was just gonna watch one of your videos and then you posted a new one 😍😍😍😍😍
SO EXCITED FOR THIS VIDEO

Did you drain a swimming pool to shoot this video? It’s a vibe lol
The last stylist 💀💀💀💀
I need to know where that grey/brown top with the fun ties on the shoulders is from!!! It’s so cute.
"TrashGoblin". What a fun video 😊

I love the tall boots with shorts and skirts! I just cant do it, it's too hot here. Ive learned my lesson the hard way with that one.
@Rubbine Adding all my shoes and accessories tomorrow! I’d love to be styled by you 🥰

does somebody know the model of the new balance shoes?? xx
