I've been watching a lot of good stand up lately, from hilarious comedians , but this is pure mastery. Such a tailored act. This guy is legendary.
The personification of anger. Maybe not the blue-collar kind but then again they tend to be redundant whereas Black is not. His political views still transcend the years and apply to any jackass candidate and he gets to prove that the political process is laughable and infuriating. And I'm canadian. Go figure...
He and the late George Carlin are my favourite comedians
@@deathpenguin005 Carlin was so ahead of his time and never failed to mince words on his personal opinion. I think he studied the whole dictionary from A to Z to come up with the ideas he used in his routines. He really made me think about how important the exact words were to convey his stories , painting a picture for the listener. But...there was one restriction , if you will remember, tha't's right...those 7 dirty words you could never say on television. First one was....%@&^ GOT YA".
Lewis is still putting out tons of great free stuff. I recently rediscovered him here on yt. His channel has tons of great content. I've really been wanting to rewatch Carlin's final HBO specials but unfortunately I can find them here. At the end HE was angriest, imo. His final acts were intense
Francis. I first heard of him maybe 2-3 years after this set. When I heard him move in and out it was masterful. Now, an adult, unfortunately EVERY word and joke he emphasized, has come true. And I take the flu shot line with a grain of salt because it’s true Americans have traditionally just been gross messes about common colds, not caring about others and spreading stuff around. It’s kind of alarming to almost recall this word for word and yet it’s now like he was telling the future
"Cause when you start to sizzle you move your ass" one of the best lines ever.

Lewis is amazing as always, but what a terrible audience, they laugh at the mid jokes and are silent on some of the best lines.
