Every time I pass a gorgeous 55 and up apartment complex that charges 50% of the local market rate, I want to fake my birth certificate so I can move in.
Great idea ! But the reality is that those over 55 apartments actually do charge local market rates. But they do provide bingo nights and country line dancing once a week. That's about it.
You could try moving to one of those "flyover" states in the Midwest that the coastal denizens love to poke fun at. You can afford a house with a garage and a yard. No rent control but you have the opportunity to actually buy your own home.

Rn I’m trying to get this career but have to get clients and everyone either hangs up or doesn’t answer and have 1 month to produce bunch of money before I can get benefits.
