I'm a 42 yr old metal head, and I recently fell hook,line and sinker for these guys..They are wonderful, like 7 human antidepressants....Oh the 2 oldest are 28 and 29 so I tell myself its totally ok to appreciate the visual aspects of their group as well🤣💜..If you go down the rabbit hole you won't regret it..If you're a hip hop fan, I would certainly recommend diving into the rapper Suga's solo work, he performs under the name Agust D..He addresses issues like his struggles w anxiety, depression, etc..

What I find incredibly heartbreaking is that at the Speak yourself tour finale in Seoul, the members cried ALOT, they usually get emotional at the end of concerts, especially the last one of the tour, but it seemed a lot sadder for some reason. They were due to start another tour only 5 months later and yet they were crying as if they knew that it wouldn’t happen. The thought sends chills down my back, somehow they knew..... but at the same time they had no idea. It breaks my heart because they really enjoy interacting with fans and they’ve made it clear a few times that it really helps them mentally, but they haven’t been able to do it in so long that now they cry just hearing ARMYs voices over video call.

There are just too many amazing songs, these guys debuted in 2013 (when they really were just kids), and they have put out a lot of excellent, moving, and thought provoking music - not typical “boy-band” stuff. It’s an immersive experience, and you have to get to know each member, they are all so different, and they all have some solo tracks interspersed with everything else. They really are artists with substance, not just beautiful faces. I hope you continue to enjoy them 💜💜
the black & white scene was shot at the place where they did their online concert, the second one from two they've done and the first one that had fans connected with cameras to the screen on the stage. they *love* army, they *love* performing, they live for it. it was very emotional for them to see that they are finally performing for the people, not for the camera
