This is the journeys off-road 2 inch lift kit front spacers install
Remove bumper grill air intake shroud easy
When cutting shroud leave the part that the bolts go through where it meets the top for strength
Just cut the thinner round part and stop where it bolts on at the edges
Build a candle to raise jack up to reach body frame
Try and get BP buster spray to the top of the six bolts under the van they may be rusty and getting the spray deep enough to the rust may be a challenge but worth the time
Do not remove all six bolts as the chassis will misaligned on the frame always leave at least three bolts in place they must be loose but not fully taken out
Could drive the van for a little bit and recheck bolt tightness

Everything's good you could have just sprayed for a witness mark where that bumper bracket is vertical line and then you could just slid a vertical you'd have had it right on brother or put a scribe on it or measure it somehow don't guess.

I've had Astros for years as work vans . Just picked up a 96 safari AWD explorer conversion . Very little rust and sound 160k motor. Nice production good info in the video . I'm in Deleware , that's a hike and a swim from you .

How did you put the parking brake back? I’m current at that stage and nothing on the paper Journey sends show how the bracket with the one screw (I assume for the brake) is installed

I just put it back the way it was it rubs a little I put some grease. It’s been a year a still functioning normal without where
