On one hand you have the "trans women have an advantage at chess" implying that "biological men" are smarter than every woman, but then you've got the things like "trans women have an unfair advantage at eSports/fashion shows" which just implies trans women are generally better/prettier, which always gives me a good chuckle.
Yeah, at this point it's not about 'fairness', it's about racism mixed with misogyny and sexism.
When cis women have clear advantages in women's sports due to their height, muscle mass and access to coaching, nobody cares. It was never about 'fairness'
Even in actual sports the advantage of trans women has been disproven by a study from the official Olympic organization just this year. In fact trans women may even have a disadvantage against cis women as their testosterone levels tend to be lower making them physically weaker than most of the competition.

If they ever want to use that library again once the due date has passed (or any other branches of the same system), yes.
The fines are usually small and add up each day until the books are returned. However there's a cap on the fee per book ($5 per book at some branches I worked at). If you fail to return an item at all you will then be fined the full price of each book not returned. A lot of libraries will waive the fee for the whole book and just charge the late fee if they're returned. In this case it would be considered theft if not returned or paid for.
It's hard as an intersex queer person especially. During puberty, I was hairier than every girl I knew and I stopped shaving because it got so hard to keep up with. I was told that everyone would think I was disgusting for not shaving but I never put up with that. I never really did makeup. I tried, but I felt like a clown. I don't paint my nails. I don't wear dresses or like women's clothing. It's more than just appearance. I felt literally alienated. My sweat overpowers women's deodorant, especially when I'm nervous, so I would constantly be labeled stinky for something I didn't know how to control. Even to this day I think back on my experiences and my experiences now. I came out ten years ago when I was thirteen, but I hit puberty at nine and I feel like I really started to feel Othered around eleven. I cut my own hair short so I would be forced to get it cut shorter. I only wore jackets and coats to hide my chest and form. I didn't understand why these things were upsetting me. I realized recently I literally never spent any time as a girl or a woman. I don't really think I knew was gender was as a kid until we were taught about puberty and by then I was already showing signs of gender dysphoria, and right afterwards I came out as not cis. It's really weird. I don't fit in as a perisex man or a perisex woman and it's always frustrated me but I'm still here so 💛

ALSO, not to soapbox for a second, we classically understand there being 2 sexes but the more human biology is being untangled, its more of a spectrum grab-bag of sex characteristics than anything. the two organised little boxes a few centuries of science decides are Man and Woman are really just the two most common configurations of how to build a body; hormones and secondary sex characteristics are all over the place, theres more of a grey area in genital configuration than previously admitted, there are many ways to BE intersex and some people never know. its not my specific expertise but as a transgender fieldwork archaeologist ive definitely got a stake in how we talk about human bodies without hearing their voice. recent studies suggest that skeletal sexing is wrong more times than right as well. not a criticism at all !!
