    Developed over ten years by a team of Rega designers headed up by our founder Roy Gandy, the AYA loudspeakers promise to deliver a detailed, balanced performance no matter which genre of music you decide to play. Using Rega designed, handmade drivers, coupled with our ZRR high frequency tweeter and a new crossover, our engineers have fine-tuned every aspect to deliver the best possible performance. The sculptured cabinets and stand create an attractive, floating effect which adds to the unique appearance.

    I was lucky enough to demo a pair of these at home and they certainly didn’t disappoint!
    First thing that struck me was how big they sound for such a compact floorstander 😮
    The soundstage is slightly wider when compared to my Dynaudio Evoke 30 and the resolution is remarkable.
    Fantastic,entertaining sounding speakers for their price but the wife didn’t like how they looked unfortunately so I reluctantly returned them.

      @@joeylopezphd I have three pairs of loudspeakers. The perfect loudspeaker doesn’t exist but these caught my eye due to this new ‘ciment’ technology. I was in one of the best premium Hifi stores in France in Versailles last year. I listened to a Focal Utopia at 30k each, Macintosh amplifiers etc and then went to the basement and tried a REGA system with the Kyte loudspeakers. That’s when my passion for Rega started.

    As the owner of a Rega system top to bottom (turntable, phono stage, amp, speakers, even cables) I would sure love to know how these compare to the older generation of Rega speakers. I have RX3 speakers now, and love them to death. I know that Rega intends these Aya speakers to be direct replacements to the RX line, but are they a lateral move? Have they improved on the sound to the point that they would be an upgrade? Thanks!

    • @Dreamonoids
      @Dreamonoids  6 месяцев назад +3

      That’s a great question. We would say yes they surpass them, but it’s better if you decided on your own. The RX3s do sound amazing though. Can’t be upset with those bad boys.
