The Urban Gentry Hi. i am new on your channel. I have a question about Tissot t touch classic. what do you think about it? i hope you dont mimd to answer. Thanks in advance
THANKYOU! for actually having the watches in your hands. I don’t know how long I’ve been digging through people talking with pop up pictures in the corner taken from google image search
I'ma be honest, I have love/hate relationship with TGV's channel. Love because I'm a watch enthusiast myself and I love it when I anticipate a new video from him. And hate because I'm tryna be more conservative and save money but every time you post a new video makes me wanna spend my savings haha!!!
I love how you go into just enough details. Shows knowledge, but understanding about what makes a watch a watch to the owner. Thank you for the videos again.
Another lovely duel of icons! can't stay away from those Chronographs. Together with the "Citizen Nighthawk Vs Seiko SNA411" you have covered these types perfectly. You have my thanks, TGV
Awesome! As always I made my wife watching the video and this time she said "I love the Sinn"..that would make it so much easier to buy..I'll wait before telling her the price though..
Dang it Man! Now I'm going to have to buy a Spitfire model! That blue dial, applied markers and polished hands make the Breitling the winner in my book. Great review, love the historical points you bring up too. Ciao, John
That Sinn is nice but if you compare it to the current Navitimer B01 I think the advantages narrow with the new column wheel movement, sapphire back etc. Also I heavily question how operable that knob at 11 really is. I think it still trumps the Navi on the water resistance side.
Thanks TGV. I've been looking forward to your next video. Didn't disappoint. I'm a chronograph lover enjoyed the duel between these two beautiful pieces. I have to say I do slightly prefer the Sinn. It just appeals to me a bit more, however, the Breitling's bygone charm has a certain romance to its design that the Sinn doesn't. I'd have them both if I were able to😊
Fabulous video! Second or third time watching it... LOL. Keep them coming, we miss you and I hope things are well😊 I've owned both and the Sinn 903 stayed in my collection, as a matter of fact, I'm wearing right now👍Just shoveled the driveway in a snow storm and no worries because of the 100M WR.
Ok, I ordered a Sinn catalogue. (Hi, new to the channel, just starting my watch-loving voyage and noticed your taste is very similar to mine. Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions! Ch!)
Haha, I totally get it. I hope you go for it. I think it will really suit you. Which one are you going to go for? Forgive my nosiness ;-) Thank you Ricardo, Best regards, TGV
You read my mind! I was watching videos last night trying to get the low down on these two watches. I just had to wait 24hrs. You answered all my questions.
Seven years later the 903 II is out with an outer rotating bezel and 200 m WR. It has an LJP L110 column wheel chronograph movement that's based on an ETA/Valjous 7753.
I just LOVE the par épargne dial ! It's stunning and i hate no one else is doing this on their dial! Does Breitling have a patent on that ? Also, nothing beats Breilting AR coating :)
Hey TGV, a small idea for future duel criteria. Something very very important: Talk about what the brand gives you when you buy the watch, like maybe warranty? Breitling gives you 5 years for in-house, which is obviously better compared to Sinn. Another criteria could be what the brand gives you along with the watch, how prestigious and nice are the box and papers? Definitely 2 very relevant points for a duel I believe!
All my boxes go into the closet and are seldom accessed. The watches go to the safe or wrist or winder. Boxes are relevant only for sales presentation.
Greg B & Igear: I mostly agree that boxes and papers are irrelevant aside from resell - but there are some exceptions? I think Breitling often gives you a nice portable watch case? And things like Grand Seiko's individual testing "score sheet" do elevate the "Buying Experience".
Thanks for the comparison! I tried the blue version of the Sinn at Sinn in Frankfurt - its a fantastic watch and the blue ist so dark - it's almost black. The lume is not bright white but looks old like a vintage watch and fits perfectly with the dark blue. I'm in love with that watch! Thanks again !
Woooww! I love the way you act surprised when you reveal the final score. Given that you did the math yourself sometime earlier. Maybe you forgot the result. But I agree with the result.
Great video again! I'm loving the comparison videos and think they're great. For a future video idea you should make a Speedmaster vs Daytona video, two more iconic chronos compared.
Thank you, excellent suggestion. I will have a Daytona in for review hopefully in the next few months, I will see if I can duel them. Best regards, TGV
I was literally trying on the B01 43mm yesterday. Been going back and forth between the Navitimer 43mm and the DATEJUST 41mm. I love the history of the Navitimer. And then today I learn (from what I understand), that Sinn took over the “design”? Am I understanding this correctly? Although it seems like the Sinn is an ETA movement (Sellita)? So now I’ve got MORE to consider. Is the Sinn essentially the “same” watch? Can I go swimming with it? I read on one thread the Breitling can’t even get wet from water splashing on it - they were being facetious but still, what to do now…. I’m in no rush. I’m looking to keep my next watch “forever”. I fell out of like with my Speedmaster and sold it last year. Admittedly the day I bought my Speedmaster, I was staring at the damn Navitimer. Anyhow, can anyone offer insight into how “good”, “better”, or on par the Sinn is with the Breitling B01? Thanks again
love your reviews. I got my seiko skx diver, hamilton, tissot because of your reviews. I've wanted a breitling navitimer since I was a kid and personally am more motivated to get one after this review. I like Sinn as well and appreciate their quality and price.
Great video Tristano, big fan of both watches. Still can't decide whether I'm a fan of the strap on your Navitimer, all down to personal taste though!!
Nice, was wondering if you was going to mention the Omega Weems in Dunkirk. I don't have any WWII era watches, so I wore my Marathon Navigator Pilot's watch to the 70mm showing, lol
Hey TGV, I've got two questions: First, what is your opinion on elastic metal bracelets? I kinda dig the look but worry that they are outdated or may wear out. And second: Did you hear about liquid glass? It provides a hardness of 9H to the applied surface and I thought it may be smart to use it on mineral glass watches. Have you had experience with this or what are your thoughts? Thanks in advance
The E6B scale is also more legible on the Sinn than the Breitling. What is the reference of that blacked-out Sinn 903? I'm seriously considering it, but have only seen the version with the white outer scale.
Aahh, damn, every time I hear TGV talk about his personal Navitimer I feel bad because the relevant Navitimer is the B01 model, it's been out since 2012 I believe. The new one absolutely blows the ETA Navitimer shown in this video out of the water! In house B01 movement (MASSIVE upgrade), better finishing, applied solid gold logo, date in black, some have a display caseback, nicer color choices (chrono seconds is entirely red instead of just the tip etc.). Simply said: I strongly believe the B01 model would have destroyed the Sinn in a duel! Maybe one day we'll see that duel? I hope you get a B01 model from Saltzman's TGV and do a review! Maybe one day upgrade to a B01 model? Great vid though, thanks for the duel, very interesting as always!
Yours is 42mm (bezel diameter, case is 41), the new one is 43mm (also bezel 42, case 41mm). Sure you can't push for one more mm? I'm guessing you've already tried the new one on before =D Again, thanks for the interesting video. Always fun watching your duels!
Philip A Winged you make a good point - really need to compare like for like era wise otherwise it's a little unfair. But then again, how fair is it to compare a more expensive watch to a cheaper one?
I must say I still think the Sinn would win. The Breitling may have the technically better movement, but the Sinn will be easier and cheaper to service. The Sinn still has better lume and better water resistance. They my have upped the finishing on the Breitling, but it would be hard for them to beat the finishing already on the Sinn. Those features, coupled with the Sinn's significantly lower price, make Sinn the clear victor in my book.
LOL, sorry for the late upload, LOOOOONG day at work but I used home just in time ;-) Enjoy and may your dreams be full of happy flying. Thank you, Best regards, TGV
TGV, Hope you are doing well. I have to be honest! due to the fact that the navitimer is yours, i thought this was gonna be a bit of a biased duel. I was wrong! Absoulty perfect duel, i really enjoyed this one. Best Regards, WUG
How does the thickness of the two compare on the wrist? I've tried on both, but I can swear the 903 wore taller despite having almost identical thickness.
Thank you very much for this excellent video. I appreciate so much that you highlight brands such as Sinn and Fortis, which lacks lot in marketing compared to for instance Rolex, Omega and Breitling, but produces excellent watches.
For a man who says he's still learning your watch knowledge really is expansive. You're an inspiration to read more and apply it and as usual an absolute top shelf video.
Thanks for an objective review. And thanks for noting that MIles Davis wore a Navitimer; I would give the Breitling one more point in the X-Factor column because of that.
Thanks for the video, I was thinking to buy a Navi but I have seen some videos and all of them say the same, that navi it isnt currently a good option to buy for many reasons (and you show it in this video). Its better to buy a sinn 903 for half of price that breitling or less. Regards TGV good video.
I was waiting for another video so badly! Thanks for the upload TGV! Oh and by the way you now convinced me to buy the Seiko SARB033 over the Tissot Le Locle Powermatic 80 and the Hamilton Timeless Classic Valiant thank you very much for your indirect help! Have a great day Greetings from Berlin
My documentation from Sinn tells me the 903st IS CHRONOMETER GRADE and I have tested my 903st which proved it. Although brand new the 2 gross tests showed +6.25 and +6.75 seconds per day, after the first week, and sampling timing over ensuing months showed improvement and now runs consistently about +5.16 (wearing to bed), Interestingly it runs in the +4 sec/day range when placed at the bedside. It appears to have been calibrated for a brief break-in period (1 week?) and resting at the bedside for perfect chronometer performance. CHRONOMETER GRADE is the German nomenclature indicating COSC performance parameters. Sinn is robust, Breitling is bling. (Britebling?) Excellent topic and a valiant effort. Well done! Is your Navitimer older? My Navi-chrono is the original black and silver which is the design Helmut Sinn purchased and Breitling may not legally copy. (I think?) Look closely at the most recent copies of the Breitling and you will note the black & silver version has silver hands...not the Sinn black hands. The older Navitimers (pre '79) have the black hands on the subdials like the 903st. Thank you for all your hard work. Good job! (despite my nits)
Customer certified. ;-) I thought Sinn passed German certification standards (DIN?). Knowledgeable customers do not need someone else to tell them what they see with their own eyes...without the added expense of someone else "certifying". My Longines HydroConquest is not COSC certified, but the Longines high grade 2824-2a movement is easily comparable to the Breitling COLT B-17, also a high grade 2824-2a with COSC certification. Breitling +3.06 sec/day, Longines +3.11 sec/day. I paid over 2 times more for the Colt than the Hydroconquest. Price/performance ratio? I am currently on the lookout for a Squale...because of YOU! ;-) Thanks for your fun presentations. GBY.
Another fantastic intro, sir. I'd been hoping to see this duel for some time. Beautiful watches but a little too busy for my taste. Are you familiar with the Hamilton Pilot Pioneer Chrono? It's a more minimalist take on the aviator's chronograph with some RAF heritage I believe.
Thank you JC, I am aware of the watch but yet to see one in the flesh, I certainly will keep an eye out. As for the heritage, spot on, they are a re-issue of watch Hamilton made for the Raf during the 70s. Best regards, TGV
Love the duel intros, you know how to build excitement! There's nothing like the original but I find myself partial to the Sinn. It's dark face harkens back to the navis of old. Thanks for filling us in on the fascinating story behind these beautiful watches.
Agree with your evaluation. For me, the Sinn just has a cool factor that trumps the Breitling. Also, the history behind the Sinn makes it a great conversational piece.
Great vid TGV. Interesting to note your views on the Sinn bracelet. I have a black Navitimer same age as yours on a bracelet which, in my view, is the best money can buy. In a previous life many moons ago, I was a toolmaker and therefore greatly appreciate the beautiful hand made aesthetic of the bracelet. Would be interesting to compare it with the Sinn bracelet. PS is there a slight hesitancy in the sweep of the stop watch hand on the Sinn? It doesn't seem anywhere near as smooth as the Navi.
Look at that Sinn rotor go! You're going to end up as a Sinn ambassador TGV! I'm hoping Breitling can get back it's former glory soon. Great video as you usual!
The Navitimer with the stratus gray dial and display caseback is a more modern looking Navitimer. It's a better comparison to the evolved Sinn. Again a great video Tgv ! Keep it up !
The breitling is a very nice watch but the Sinn definitely does it for me. A great comparison and upload as always keep up the great work look forward to the next video watches or non watch related.
Haha yeah I'm not into busy looking dials but I ended up watching this video because I know you're going to give an interesting review and opinion for both watches.
Same here. I probably won't ever own a watch that busy (never say never!), but I enjoyed the video as well. Learned a bit about a couple of watches I wasn't very familiar with.
Have to admit that I was pulling for the Sinn but I am admittedly biased towards the brand. Sinn was my first auto watch, a 103 ST. That then took me to the 103 ST SA and later on to a 656. Don't get me wrong, if someone offered me a Navitimer, I would take it in a heartbeat. Frankly I love both and if finances allowed I'd own both due to their unique personalities. Anyway, great video as always.
I love both watches and I'm a huge fan of both Brands. Couple years ago I bought the Sinn 903 also as a Black Edition as used for the comparison and last year I bought the Breitling Navitimer 01 46mm. The Sinn is definitly the tool watch which can be worn everyday. The blingy Navitimer is the more elegant watch for special events.
I love the look of Breitling watches; in fact, it was the Navitimer that first captured my imagination several years ago and encouraged me to explore all that Breitling has to offer in watches. Those dials!! I'm also a fan of Sinn. They make a handsome watch. There is something compelling about aviation watches. I guess it's their overall look. Even something as inexpensive as the Seiko Flightmaster SNA411 manages to strut in its own special way. This was a good comparison between Breitling and Sinn. Am I surprised that Sinn came out the winner? Not at all! It's a gorgeous timepiece. Would I choose it over the Navitimer....no. It's that Breitling charm that never fails to seduce.
Just joined your channel a few weeks ago - 2nd watch duel video I've watched on your channel and both times I'm just not on your wave length, but I respect your opinion. Having been in aviation and aerospace for 32 years it is totally dumbfounding to me that Sinn wins this. Clearly, you have much, much more experience in watch tech and lore . . . keep up the good work, though I can see we have very, very different evaluative disciplines and analytic skill sets.
Great video, TGV! The Breitling has more appeal IMO but the Sinn is better value for money. Guess it's a matter of which of those you value more in a timepiece.
Then I noticed that the seconds scale of the Sinn is interrupted by the sub dials at 3 and 9 - how useful ist that? Imagine you do an important measurement in the skies and time just stops in that area. What do you do? Guess?
Great video! I agree with the scores. Both of them are beautiful watches but given the "robustness" of the Sinn, I would be less worried while wearing it. Cheers!
02:33 that's what she said
LOL Indeed ;-)
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
Well done, Lucky Cat, Well done!
The Urban Gentry Hi. i am new on your channel. I have a question about Tissot t touch classic. what do you think about it? i hope you dont mimd to answer. Thanks in advance
Hahahah....errrr yeah
THANKYOU! for actually having the watches in your hands. I don’t know how long I’ve been digging through people talking with pop up pictures in the corner taken from google image search
Navi all the way for me! But I do wish mine had a wee bit more water resistance. Great vid as per.
I'ma be honest, I have love/hate relationship with TGV's channel. Love because I'm a watch enthusiast myself and I love it when I anticipate a new video from him. And hate because I'm tryna be more conservative and save money but every time you post a new video makes me wanna spend my savings haha!!!
No lie. Navitimer was seriously 0% on my radar and I found myself on eBay during the video..
I just picked up the 903 after a two year search for the right one. Another great video, TGV! Thanks for the channel! 🙏
10 out of 10 for excellent showmanship! That "unboxing" made me hold my breath. And your intros are the best.
Bet you didn't know 3 years ago that I'd be looking for exactly this comparison today! Thanks TGV!
We need a revised version with a B01 Navitimer and a 903 ST 2
Awesome! As always I made my wife watching the video and this time she said "I love the Sinn"..that would make it so much easier to buy..I'll wait before telling her the price though..
LOL, best of luck Domenico! ;-)
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
The Sinn is the hot, young babe, but the Navitimer is the woman I'm in love with
Was wearing my Breitling Navitimer today after having it out of rotation for nearly a year. Your timing is impeccable!
Wow, almost a year! Nothing like being reacquainted with a watch like that, enjoy your re-honeymoon ;-)
Thank you John,
Best regards,
TGV
Dang it Man! Now I'm going to have to buy a Spitfire model! That blue dial, applied markers and polished hands make the Breitling the winner in my book. Great review, love the historical points you bring up too. Ciao, John
LOL, its from Corgi btw, the best IMO at die cast.
Thank you John, very much appreciated.
Best regards,
TGV
Greetings from Malaysia! You inspired me to get to know more on horology. Keep making awesome videos like this one!
Thank you my friend, your comment made my day.
Best regards,
TGV
that predator meets chessboard intro still gets me in 2024. genius. btw sinn just released an update (I am not payed by them!)
That Sinn is nice but if you compare it to the current Navitimer B01 I think the advantages narrow with the new column wheel movement, sapphire back etc. Also I heavily question how operable that knob at 11 really is. I think it still trumps the Navi on the water resistance side.
Thank you for the review. Have been thinking which navitimer I should add to my collection. Your review have help made up my mind. Thanks TGV!
For you my friend, always a pleasure.
Thank you PTH, so glad I could help.
Best regards,
TGV
This is your best review. Superb job bro. Cheers!
This is great! I would love to see a direct comparison of the sinn 356 and iwc 3706 chronographs

Ok, I ordered a Sinn catalogue.
(Hi, new to the channel, just starting my watch-loving voyage and noticed your taste is very similar to mine. Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions! Ch!)
Great review but a grail is a grail. Fell in love with the Navi. The new girl on the block won't pull me away.
Haha, I totally get it. I hope you go for it. I think it will really suit you. Which one are you going to go for? Forgive my nosiness ;-)
Thank you Ricardo,
Best regards,
TGV
The Urban Gentry Either the newer 01 models or a vintage 7806 with the 7740 inside.
I thought the sinn was a knockoff at first lol
@@elichiz4228it is.
You read my mind! I was watching videos last night trying to get the low down on these two watches. I just had to wait 24hrs. You answered all my questions.
Thank you Jim,
So glad to hear I could help,

I do hope that you do a review of the new 903!
Seven years later the 903 II is out with an outer rotating bezel and 200 m WR. It has an LJP L110 column wheel chronograph movement that's based on an ETA/Valjous 7753.
Call me crazy but I think I prefer the Sinn :O great video T!
It could be called "Buying Experience" maybe
All my boxes go into the closet and are seldom accessed. The watches go to the safe or wrist or winder. Boxes are relevant only for sales presentation.
I like the idea of the length of warranty, but I don't think the box and papers make any difference. All you do is store them
Greg B & Igear:
I mostly agree that boxes and papers are irrelevant aside from resell - but there are some exceptions? I think Breitling often gives you a nice portable watch case? And things like Grand Seiko's individual testing "score sheet" do elevate the "Buying Experience".
Quality video as always. Keep up the great work, this has quickly become one of my favorite channels on RUclips!
Thank you so much Vincent, deeply honoured by your kind words.
Best regards,
TGV
Thank you so much for this video, great analysis! I hope you do a review of the sinn 900 someday soon
Thank you Ulrich, I don't blame your love for that watch, its gorgeous! I want it too!!! Just being greedy ;-)
Best regards,
TGV
Woooww! I love the way you act surprised when you reveal the final score. Given that you did the math yourself sometime earlier. Maybe you forgot the result. But I agree with the result.
Hello TGV, I love these comparatives !, you have a very interesting channel, thank you for your time. A greeting from Spain!
Best regards,
TGV
Both are such gorgeous pieces.. Still saving up for the same navitimer you own, absolutely love that face color.
You should try to do a full review of the 903
Great review. Been looking at the 903 with the fake patina indices. Had cooled of on that, but I'm now again on that watch after your video.
I was literally trying on the B01 43mm yesterday. Been going back and forth between the Navitimer 43mm and the DATEJUST 41mm.

Thanks TGV,
If you ever get a chance to review a Sinn Frankfurt Market Watch, please do! :) Thanks again for another great video.
Thank you Steve,
I will certainly look out for it.
Best regards,
TGV
I love the Predator theme so much! Gets me pumped to fight aliens and compare wristwatches 🔫⌚️
love your reviews. I got my seiko skx diver, hamilton, tissot because of your reviews. I've wanted a breitling navitimer since I was a kid and personally am more motivated to get one after this review. I like Sinn as well and appreciate their quality and price.
Thank you so much John, a very worthy grail, I hope you go for it.
An SKX, a Tissot and a Hammy, great taste my friend ;-)
Best regards,
TGV
Great intro Bro, love it. Iam in love with the navitimer, got my dad one for his 50th, awesome watch, awesome content, love this chanel.
Great video Tristano, big fan of both watches. Still can't decide whether I'm a fan of the strap on your Navitimer, all down to personal taste though!!
Nice, was wondering if you was going to mention the Omega Weems in Dunkirk.

I hope you get a B01 model from Saltzman's TGV and do a review! Maybe one day upgrade to a B01 model? Great vid though, thanks for the duel, very interesting as always!
Thank you Philip, sadly however they do not make it in my size.

Amazing intro as always! By the way just got a new Citizen today!
Thank you so much, congrats on the Citizen, I hope you enjoy it.
Best regards,
TGV
Great review, always loved the Navitimer and wasn't aware of the similarities but that Sinn 903 is as beautiful as watches come.
OH YES!!!! I WAS GONNA BE A SENSIBLE ADULT AND SLEEP BUT NO!!
Great as always, Tristano!
LOL, sorry for the late upload, LOOOOONG day at work but I used home just in time ;-)
Enjoy and may your dreams be full of happy flying.
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
I'm on the same boat.
Enjoy the vid :D
loulimina we might all be adults on the surface
But deep inside we all know
We're just 12 year olds that happen to have a passion for watches 😕
Harvard Ford Guys don't really ever grow up, their toys just get more expensive.
How does the movement affect the value of an older navitimer??😮
TGV,
Hope you are doing well. I have to be honest! due to the fact that the navitimer is yours, i thought this was gonna be a bit of a biased duel. I was wrong! Absoulty perfect duel, i really enjoyed this one.
Best Regards,
WUG
Thank you so much :D So glad to hear!
Best regards,
TGV
Hi TGV, Great video as usual . I wonder if you could let us know where you sourced the strap on the Navitimer.
Thank you.
I'm hoping to find this out as well. Will let you know if I discover where.
I wish you would bring back videos like this. With watch box you could have loads of these
How does the thickness of the two compare on the wrist? I've tried on both, but I can swear the 903 wore taller despite having almost identical thickness.
Thank you very much for this excellent video. I appreciate so much that you highlight brands such as Sinn and Fortis, which lacks lot in marketing compared to for instance Rolex, Omega and Breitling, but produces excellent watches.
For a man who says he's still learning your watch knowledge really is expansive. You're an inspiration to read more and apply it and as usual an absolute top shelf video.
Thank you so much Ron, I honestly I am just an enthusiast always learning.
You comment is greatly inspirational to me in turn.
Best regards,
TGV
Can we have a Fortis vs Sinn duel?
GENIUS!!!!!
Duly noted.
Thank you Zubin,

Have a great day
Greetings from Berlin
Thank you Chris, excellent choice, you will not regret it. Enjoy it!
Best regards,
TGV
P.s. I love Berlin!!!! :D
I will definitely send you a picture on Instagram once it arrives you can count on that!
I would love to welcome you in Berlin one day for sure!
Hi there
I like the smaller size Navitimer. How much should we budget for it? Where did you get it?
Thanks
I like your close up work...
I don't know how you make watches so interesting, I love it.👌👍👍
My documentation from Sinn tells me the 903st IS CHRONOMETER GRADE and I have tested my 903st which proved it.
Thank you,
It is a shame they do not have them certified.
Best regards,
TGV

Ciao, Tristano. Is that a BLUE or GREENISH dial on the Navitimer? Cheers, Michael
You should go into business just making RUclips intros for people. Business would boom! Excellent work!
Love the duel intros, you know how to build excitement! There's nothing like the original but I find myself partial to the Sinn. It's dark face harkens back to the navis of old. Thanks for filling us in on the fascinating story behind these beautiful watches.
Excellent point about the navis of old, very perceptive.
Thank you Chad,
Best regards,
TGV
Haha how did they get the same points for style... Navitimer wins easily imo. Great video!
The Navitimer has it for me... probably my next watch...
The Navitimer with the stratus gray dial and display caseback is a more modern looking Navitimer. It's a better comparison to the evolved Sinn. Again a great video Tgv ! Keep it up !
Thank you, love that version too.
Best regards,
TGV
Must have watches video.
Like all the types of different watches with your top 3/top 5 depending on price, functionality, aesthetic
Great video as always TGV
I don't think I will ever own a chronograph but if I did it would be a blue dial Navitimer like yours. It is a beautiful piece of machinery.
could you please do a review of the citizen blue angels?
Thank you Devon, I always liked that watch. I will certainly keep an eye out.
Best regards,
TGV
Big fan of the new Navitimer in 43mm. Hard to decide between it and a Speedmaster for my next piece, but I do already have one Omega.. 🤔🤔🤔
Great narration TGV as always, love busy timepieces. I still cannot find the Seiko sna413. 😯
Thank you sir! :D
Best regards,
TGV
Same here. I probably won't ever own a watch that busy (never say never!), but I enjoyed the video as well. Learned a bit about a couple of watches I wasn't very familiar with.
So I bought the Sinn! But I want to know which strap he has on the Navi?
Such an interesting dual, I would be happy with either of them, but that blue is pure class!!
Haha, so true about the blue,
Thank you Lewis :D
Best regards,
TGV
Have to admit that I was pulling for the Sinn but I am admittedly biased towards the brand. Sinn was my first auto watch, a 103 ST. That then took me to the 103 ST SA and later on to a 656. Don't get me wrong, if someone offered me a Navitimer, I would take it in a heartbeat. Frankly I love both and if finances allowed I'd own both due to their unique personalities. Anyway, great video as always.
Hi. Do you have any suggestions on where to get cases that can house a miyota movement? Thay are quite rare. Thanks
I belive this Sinn has the Valjoux movement and not the Sellita based on the regulation mechanism; nice video TGV :)
Thank you, as I said, they did have the valjoux but switched over recently to the SW500.
Best regards,
TGV
Hi there. Which strap is on your Navitimer, looks awesome. Can you name the factory or strapmaker please. Kind regards from Austria, Alex
Thank you Katrina, excellent comment as always, spot on!
Best regards,
TGV
Love your videos. I always liked watches but you made me love them. 😊😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Well done and thank you for this comparison.
Are you able to do a review on the citizen navihawk ?
Then I noticed that the seconds scale of the Sinn is interrupted by the sub dials at 3 and 9 - how useful ist that? Imagine you do an important measurement in the skies and time just stops in that area. What do you do? Guess?
Great video! I agree with the scores. Both of them are beautiful watches but given the "robustness" of the Sinn, I would be less worried while wearing it. Cheers!
