    I recently bought a U50 and love it . I initially wanted a Tudor Ranger but after looking into the Sinn brand decided on the U50 which more suits my lifestyle and need for a rugged durable watch and the water resistance was higher which was also a bonus as I spend time in salt water

      @@willygood7 I can't remember off hand, the watch is about 3 years old now, so the price I paid will be out of date. I did get a discount of about £200 though. To answer your question accurately I'd have to dig out the receipt, which is in the loft. I'll go back through my emails.

    Sinn are great. Hanhart as well. My Hanhart 417ES Flyback is a bit less than +2spd.
    I really like the Sinn 103 St Chronograph.
    German Watches are what I prefer.
    Adjusted in the positive is always better than the negative in my opinion. It also makes it easier to set correct time; pull out the crown, wait for time to catch up to you, press the crown in.

      From my understanding there is no such thing as a basic Sinn, you are very fortunate to have one on the wrist. I highly suggest going to thier website and ordering a free catalog it's very impressive basically it is a hard case book. Very nice.

      @@BoleDaPole Yea maybe word 'basic' was unfortunate, but what I meant its one of their cheapest model, with Sellita SW200, three hander and date (no advanced complications), without Tegiment, oil inside etc. Still a great watch but 'basic' when compared to some of their other products.

    Sinn is now what Rolex used to be forty years ago. Maker of durable watches for professionals. I had a Sub for diving, GMT for flying and a Daytona for rally racing. I used to rotate. Ever since I got the 556a and 356 they’ve been my work watches in the cockpit. Still have my Rolex watches but hardly wear them. Sinn for the win for professionals. Easier on the wallet too and no worries about getting robbed or damaging a very expensive watch doing extreme activities.

    • @Dialandhands
      @Dialandhands 6 месяцев назад

      @@datboytalkinrungotellem I bought mine separately since it wasn’t available for the 356 specifically and watch buys has rewards so i used them towards the clasp. It’s fully milled and is the same length as the original clasp so i got a perfect fit. It’s only a little thicker because of the mechanism. OEM parts are always going to bring a premium but the quality and overall price of the watch is worth it imo. Also, Steel Reef has an adjustable link for $140 which would serve a similar purpose but I wanted the Sinn clasp.

    • @Dialandhands
      @Dialandhands 6 месяцев назад

      @@datboytalkinrungotellem you have to look at the watch and the total cost. With the clasp, it’s still a lot less than any other day-date, automatic chronograph on the market and Sinns have probably the best resale so if I need to sell it or fall out of love I can get my money back no problem.

    Sinn is a great brand with really credible watch credentials. They're not blingy, they're not show ponies; they are the definition of what a tool watch should be. I don't have one but I want one. Selita manufacture a no-date version of the SW200. Once I realised this was a corner they were cutting I couldn’t see past it.
