Maaaaan!!! I had squirrels digging in my backyard and decided to use the squirrel holes as aerating holes, and with all the rain we had in DC, and think it all could've germinated. Lol I didn't think it would do good because it was around 2am and pouring down raining when threw the seeds. Crazy!!!
I actually was going to use the weasel in a 10x3 area but I was told on Bermuda grass I shouldn’t use any cultivation or thatching they said Bermuda grass is very stringy and it spreads by cultivating you actually killing the grass I was told to just put some planting soil on it and water it and don’t seed.
Bermuda grass does spread and repair itself but people aerate Bermuda grass all the time and I would think that is pretty much doing the same thing to the rhizomes and Bermuda grass turns out fine afterwards being aerated so I personally think it'll be fine using the garden weasel also
@@LawnAmateur makes sense but it also makes sense that by thatching or cultivating you’re actually pulling the Bermudan vines as to aeration you’re cutting a hole and removing a plug, I’ll try the top soil since it’s the easiest 😁thank you for the quick response
I bought one at a yard sale a few years ago, and it works great. Thanks for sharing your knowledge sir
No problem thank you for your support

Picked up a garden weasel at a garage sale for 5 dollars. I use it all the time. Go Knicks, been a fan since back in the 90's. John Starks !!
Great deal and yes sir go Knicks, Knicks Legend John Starks 👌🏾.
Those small, side sections are always tough.
Oh and...go Cavs!!
Yes the side yard is a tough one and plus not working with a lot of sun light. Cavs fan huh 🤔. Knicks would love to add Mitchell 🤣🤣
Great job with lawn and video production my Brotha.
I'm a solo lawn service provider in the DC area.
Thank you I appreciate your support 🙏🏾
I got the Corona cultivator tool from Lowe’s I like that it is made from metal ( probably aluminum) while the others I have seen are plastic
@@SeahawkAz the metal and aluminum ones are way better
Great information i used the Jonathan Greene dense shade mix in my shady areas ... Go Nick's!
Thank you. Go Knicks 👌🏾
I’m using J Green Black Beauty Ultra. The Pre germination was un real took 4 to 5 days last week, coming in nice already!!!
@OldThunderCat that's great to get germination in 4 to 5 days. Where you live at? How's the weather?
Cool to see ya representing the Knicks. If it weren't for Jordan the Knicks probably would've won a championship.
I definitely agree. We couldn't get past him. But Jordan was Jordan 🤣 he stopped a lot of people.
Great job and well spoken!
Thank you 👌🏾

@LawnAmateur
Lol I fell too early.😴
Image. Works for that type of weed. It takes almost a month for it to die but I have used it and it works in my bremuda
I like that weasel from TSC I love customizing tools to fit my needs, so Knicks and Cowboys eh? 😂 ok I see you keep em coming!!
The weasel is a great tool to have. And of course Knicks and Cowboys all the way 😊😊
what if I have a significant thatch layer? Do I need dethatch prior to cultivating?
@@chinsnade I would if the thatch layer is thick. That'll help the seed germinate better and give the lawn a better overall appearance
Appreciate the vid LA!!
What kind of peat moss im sorry guess i missed that?
Premier Peat Moss it's available at Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart
