I bought a used one and stuck my old GTX1050 in it to act as a HTPC. Was a bit worried about the PSU coping with it, but so far so good. 80mm fan at rear is a bit loud so ordered a replacement, but that mght be partly due to age. BIOS on these is uselessly basic though.
Apparently they reused the design across the different models of desktop and gave it different names with some physical differences. The value series, elitedesk and prodesk all look the same with some differences. Cause I have an elitedesk in the office

The psu model is D16-180P1B, total PC power should not exceed to 180 Watts

If your flash drive is working with another computer? try to insert the flash drive in other USB port or at the back?

For GPU, look for the power supply wattage, if it is more than 200 Watts, you can install GT 730 or GT 1030
