    You're doing great, Nick! Your plantings are ahead of mine, especially the cucumbers. Due to this past week's rain there might be some powdery mildew, hoping not. Let us see your amenities once you get set up. I've found that oil heaters are the best, especially over forced air ones.

    I spent a summer living in a tent. I really enjoyed the “adventure” and learning to cook on the campfire. You are glamping 😉 with your setup. It’s awesome. Having a tent you can standup and function in is the way to go. But everything looks great! Keep walking🙏

    I am interested in how the Tasmanian Chocolate tomatos go (and taste) in your climate.
    I live in Tasmania (which is a cool temperate zone) and grow it in my raised beds and I love it, it has so much flavour.
    Looking forward to seeing the tent develop and well done, the garden is looking beautiful. So neat and tidy. It is so nice to see a young person like yourself so passionate about growing food. :)

    Your garden looks so good and your tent home looks very comfy. I used your biological compost tea on my garden and the plants are thriving especially the strawberries tomatoes and brassicas. Good luck with your garden this season.

    Garden is beautiful!!!❤❤ might I suggest that you use patio furniture for your tent if you add any chairs or couch, even a potting bench to use as your desk... suggested due to the Florida humidity ❤❤. You can always put a room free standing air conditioning unit with it vented out the window or door... they really do help a lot during the high heat days. .❤✌🍄🙏🙏🙏

    Should the grasses around the fruit trees be chopped and dropped around the trees?

    Hi I had a question about potatoes.. I have had wood chips delivered almost 2 years ago on the ground- I did cardboard and then the chips. I did it just for weeds and I like the look of it not knowing the BTE method at all until recently! I have always done raised beds. I want to do potatoes, could I do it over the wood chips since it broke down over the year? So would I take away the chips, add compost, then potato and cover with compost and then chips on top? Sorry this got long I’m confused!!

    • @GrowingBackToEden
      @GrowingBackToEden  5 месяцев назад

      Just plant the potatoes in the area you want them and top dress with a couple inches of chips. If you want you could put some compost down then chips on top.
