Thank you very much for sharing.
I have had some issues regarding topspeed and gearing with my tt02.
    I´ll try 25/64 too...

If you haven't yet, I suggest setting the shocks higher and making the car sit lower. This is because I noticed when I started going over 30mph, the belly of the car acted like a wing and it would start lifting.
I also suggest making the shocks harder, the faster you go. Higher speeds will make it easier to rock the car during slight turns, and possibly flip it. Basically slingshot it, if not careful.

I got the 3° towing uprights and it made a huge difference for stability

I am buying a 61T spur gear frol Suoer Rajikon in Tokyo next month plus a few parts for different cars, I hope that perfoms well. Then I will use a Hitec 50th anniversary 10.5T motor.

29 sounds really high won’t your motor overheat?

Good series interesting to see the results. What’s the metal spur gear on the thumbnail/link picture please? I got one in a box of random parts and it seems it’ll fit my tt02d, I think it’s a metal 64tooth but it doesn’t say. Cheers

The metal spur is just an image I got off google for the thumb nail.

Well, the Firebolt motor has gone back in as there seems to be some damage to the RZ motor. The 27t pinion was stuck on and now other pinions won't go on. But someone had recommended a 'Reedy Radon 2' so we might give it a go and see what it does.

Have you tried the FTX brushed motor yet, they have a bit more torque being a 550 size can. Only £11.😊😊😊

You running 2 or 3s? I know it’s brushed, but highly recommend running 3s. All you have to do is add a decent cooling fan

wouw only 22mph on the RZ motor that's kinda underwhelming :o
that said i have no idea what mine runs :P (it's offroad anyway so if it hits 22mph off road it's probably about to do a quadruple barrel roll :P)
but that does make me happy i went with a 13 euro ali express ball bearing'd 17T rather then a RZ at 45-60 bucks, i mean i already have a 64/25T setup already but 27mph at that level of investment would be dissapointing (also on NIMH, LIPO has enough instructions that i'll probably burn the house down :P)

I think there’s more science to it than I understand. Someone wrote an explanation on another video to why I wouldn’t get more speed due to the battery and esc.
