The main character didn't try to kill himself out of guilt... he felt alone n hopeless since his family and friends all turned their backs on him

if you'll watched those street interviews in korea where koreans are asked about how problematic bullying is in korea especially in schools, and if the bullying we saw from dramas are really happening in real life. they will said yes. Some of them are also a victim. I hope the community and government of korea will solve this problem soon cause it's really heart breaking.

I assume the degree of bullying is different for every person but seeing how people in korea said they can relate to the bullying in The Glory and the military abuse in D.P, I feel like it's safe to say that bullying is a big problem there

Well, if you didn't know in The Glory that really did happen in real life in South Korea, the bullying case with a hair iron but they didn't get revenge in real life or prison time and also teacher slapping a student if I remember correctly.

Because of issues like school violence, which is a major theme in Korean dramas, people around the world who watch Korean dramas think that Korean schools are some kind of lawless jungle, hahaha. It's just that they need to be stimulating. Korean schools are not lawless jungles.

That speed monster is a real problem and needs to be taken down. The leader guy shot him in the eye last episode, so if he shot him in the other eye they could've just thrown stuff away from the group and while he was running move quickly then stop and repeat until they got to the exit.
That van scene in the basement garage was almost straight from the end credit scenes of monsters attacking people in a vehicle. In the image one person with a hammer and the other a sword. They seem to be keeping respectful close to the source material which is good if that's the case.
It's messed up how they are acting around the main character and he's risking injuries to himself for their sake. Only a few of them are being decent to him. After everything he's done I would've had his back whenever he went to the upper floors for supplies or any other situation because he's more than earned that respect and appreciation.
Actually, I thought that Firefighter lady and Bass girl looked alike as well as Rooftop girl and the Nurse lady looked alike. However, I never confused them because the way they talk combined with the slight differences in their looks. I watched a lot of Japanese and Korean horror stuff so I got pretty good at noticing the subtle differences in people's appearances. Guys are much easier to tell the difference, but the ladies are so beautiful I have to pay closer attention or I could lose track of who's who.
This is the first time I've seen the leader guy and roof girl at like siblings to each other by taking care of each other and not complaining.
The little brother shouldn't have said what he said about their dad, but that was no reason to mean to him. You have to teach the oldest how to properly be an older sibling. They need to talk to their younger sibling to find out why they say and do the things they do. That way you can help them express themselves better. If not they may end up repeating you bad behavior and do mean things to the other younger siblings after them. Be the best older sibling you can be so your younger siblings see how they are suppose to be to the ones after them.
Rooftop girl just had to go back to being an A-hole and someone was hurt because of it. That's why I say people don't change they just try to be better, but they will sooner or later go back to the way they use to act. Why is she such a pain in the butt? I'm giving up on any chance she can be a better person.
It's nice that the leader is try to be a better person which is going to make him a better leader. Prioritizing the life of a follow survivor as a primary and food as a secondary on an excursion outside the apartment is what I'd do. What good is the food if you lose one of the main people that is keeping everyone safe.
If that guy that was bullying the main character in school told me to hit my friend with that rod I'd have said sure then smack the bully with it a few times and told him if he ever attacked my friend again we're going to have a serious problem with each other. I know how guy like him are so when he tries to get some of the other guys to gang up on me I'd be ready for them when they think I'm not. I'd have something prepared that would deal with multiple opponents to even the odds and then make sure he finally gets the message.
Guys like him have to be forced to back off because they see nice as a weakness. I'm nice, but I'm far from weak. I just let people think I am so the A-holes of the world don't know who they're dealing with until they dig a hole for themselves. That's the only way a nice person can survive in the world today.
That ending caught me by surprise. I didn't expect that thing to come back into play. I have a feeling next episode is going to be wild.
    Enjoyed the reaction out.
***Extra Details***(Only this episode; No Future Stuff)
That bully A-hole did all that because the sky was clear. After I heard that I would've beat the crap out of him. However, I would've fought back the first time he attacked me so it would never have gotten that far. I've never in my life let someone beat me up. I've been weaker than some kids when I was in Middle school and younger, but in Junior High is where the bullies learned if you mess with me or my friends it's more trouble than its worth. Only the real fighter bullies would try me and even that didn't happen often. You have to stand up for yourself or people will walk all over you and those you care about.
Now I see why the main character was the way he is at the beginning. He was bullied for just being nice to the wrong person, friends turned on him, family didn't stand up for him and feeling guilty about what happened to his former friend's mom. That would make a good amount of teens try to harm themselves. If he had one person that didn't turn there back on him things might have been different for him.

I might stop here. This is still pretty frustrating reaction to watch. (I've watched their reaction from ep1 to here but its still feels the same) idk, mygod, its just that they feel disconnected from every characters or emotional aspects and some message this show conveying. I feel like they not too focus. They too focus on other thing like laughing, what they thinking of disgusting noise/effect/monster and all. Not the context at all.
Ps. Gurl, having white uniform doesn't mean ur in a med school. Lol

I'm not sure, but it could be related to some cultural issues. I believe students in the USA don't wear uniforms, whereas some professions do. However, the problem might stem from a lack of interest in this series, as she still has difficulty recognizing the characters. If that's the case, I don't recommend continuing with season two because of the numerous new faces and the fast pacing of the story.

Kinda agree but i do think its cultural thing. What frustrated me is … she kept saying that they do not know the rules while she also stated that its based on desire. What is it had to do with sin?

@@jdptelf7366 yep might be the cultural thing, but its also common sense to think outside of the box that not all people who wear WHITE uni is a med school.
