I’m a property manager and I understand, I’ve had so many tenants lose their home over losing a job, it’s insane, all it takes is to get laid off/ fired and boom everything goes downhill, definitely not sustainable sadly
I definitely understand! I think you should try taking content creation a hard try. If you're not already, get your channel monetized and just go all in. Not too many lifestyle channels are still popping like it use to back in 2016ish-2021.. .But I'd say you're an exception with your unique story.. Just imagine of you really tried and gave this channel your all..🔥🔥🔥 I say do it...Go all in for a good year.. it's passive income so if the videos are good, they'll continue making you money for years to come while you do other things or hobbies.. I'd definitely continue to tune in. And as far as being a little embarrassed to do this in public, it's mind over matter. Just pretend like you're facetiming someone 😅... Nobody will know but you.
And sure, you may hit a couple of road blocks with this, but at the end of the day, it's an investment in yourself, and it will pay off. This journey could also open other doors that you could greatly profit from. I say Do It. 💪🏿🔥
I say DON’T! Social media doesn’t bring in the money. The overwhelming majority of content creators make barely enough money to scrape by and it’s often the effort of a full-time job. It’s not passive income _at all._
It's always a gamble, I used to talk to some coworkers about their dreams when they retired. They denied themselves and saved. but then they died and that was it, never got to do any of it

@@nate6430 Two custodian jobs. One 40 hours and the other 15 hours. 20 bucks an hour at the full time one and 19 at the part time one.
Most people are settling,not realizing that even. If we find a comfortable place to settle. We won't be happy because we still settled.
