I'm so sorry about this experience. I was lucky to be trained thoroughly but others aren't so lucky. The person who trained me was only there for a month. I know quite a few that teach the baggers how to bag plastic and leave them to do their work. It's horrible. On my second week, a woman asked me if i was even professionally trained after i put the avacados under the bananas... I wanted to say no.

It really does suck. I just quit my night replenishment job after only doing my sixth night (over three weekends) it does suck your soul and is so boring and tiring. I don’t know how people do it year after year.
It's honestly insane. Just think where you will be in 5 to 10 years time. Then think about where these people will be... The same damn place, doing the same damn thing On a loop
My section manager has been there 16 years, my mind would blow. I am in my late 50’s having done lots of other jobs and this ranks as one of the bottom ones. Although it could have been more enjoyable apart from the way they make you do it, working an aisle on your own is very dreary, if you work as a team I think you motivate each other and get it done faster but they like to split you up for some reason. Also to then get very bad on the job training just to then be told you have taken too long with the chilled and its been outside the chiller for too long - well you are the manager and you could have come to check on me in those two hours it has taken me but no - you prefer to wait until I have done my best to then call me out on it. what’s worse is he gave me that cage to do so he knew how much was on it, he knew this was my sixth night and he knew I hadn’t done much chilled work before - so I kind of feel he did it on purpose. Well good luck to him cos now Ive resigned and wont be going back (even though I am meant to work my notice - but that wont be happening) In fact it would be a great idea for all kids to have to do this kind of mind numbing work ‘cos then they would realize that they need to strive for something better and more stimulating and fulfilling.
niki moore I like wat you said about how kids should do this type of work. I completely agree. I'm working harder now than ever to get out of this grocery store and do something more fulfilling and satisfying with my life. I dont want to get trapped and end up miserable and dead. I've learned a huge lesson of life being here. I can at least take that away from this hell 😂
Shadrach, good for you...definitely don't get trapped there for life you will become institutionalised ! I'm not knocking people who DO work in grocery stores as its a job that HAS to be done I realise that.. I am in the fortunate situation where I don't NEED to work and if I did really require the income then I expect I would have stuck it out as there ARE worse jobs ...but just be prepared to be treated like you are an idiot but also that you should instantly pick everything up at once all at the same time. At least that's MY experience. Also round by the cardboard and plastic squashing machines it stank really bad like cat pee...and there is a constant whine of an electrical warning device of some kind that they apparently won't rectify because it just repeatedly fails again...so that irritates your ears. A minor but still valid reason which fuelled my decision that I needed to get out of there. ! Oh the sweet feeling of relief as you fill in the resignation section on your online personal profile....taking back control of your life...! I think when my line manager told me early on that they ask employees to plan their annual leave a year in advance so it helps the business to plan ahead I should have realised they want to OWN you ...well no thanks. I'll stay a bit poorer and keep control of my life thanks very much. I probably annoyed my line manager with my attitude I expect as I'm not very receptive to being treated like a dumb fool. OK I should stop venting now. But I'm not kidding the recruitment process was really intense to work for this particular company so I definitely expected that they would have far better on the job training ...instead it's a load of online testing which wasn't that hard to pass and then they launch you onto the shop floor and somehow expect you to magically know where everything is and how to get it done. In the training you are told you will get a "buddy" until you are confident and have learnt enough...in practice my manager said oh you won't get one ..it will be me who is your "buddy" (and to three other new starters at the same time) but how can he be my buddy when he only spoke to me when he gave me a task ...and his checking in consisted of wandering past once or twice (except notice NOT when I was doing the chilled work which he called me out on...never saw him once when I was ploughing through that) and saying 'how are you getting on' super helpful.
Grocery store work is a life of mediocrity no matter how much you get paid. I feel no value in my life and I wish I tried harder and went to school. Now life is mundane and meaningless.
In my own opinion, you might be in the same place even if you have gone to school. You just gotta find what your passionate about or something you like and just go for it
kinda just makes you hate people. having to serve them 24/7. if theres one thing that im happy i experienced was how it felt to be on the receiving end. ive only been working for 4 days and definitely gonna use self check out 99% of the time and put my shopping cart back properly. when it comes to working carts, on a busy day its like playing a game where you do a task walk away and the thing that you grabbed spawned right back making you have to do it all over again.
I just finished my second day on the job and I work mainly in the dairy cooler stocking eggs, milk, and yogurt. Very repetitive and grueling. But honestly, I'm just glad I have a job now and that I'm not working at fast food because I despise fast food.
I turned down A grocery job at top rate today for A retail job at almost minimum for the sake of the fact Its more discreet and I make like 200 bux less A month 200 bux for me cant pay shit so Id rather lose it here as I have to make it else where anyway and I do. My bills being like 4k A month + w A baby otw lol ye im fucked, but I make the money its just not guaranteed so stress is A thing.
Yeah, my coworkers and I would start making up dirty versions of the songs that played over and over again whenever customers weren't around lol. We also invented an annoyance bingo game across the departments. We drew a square on a piece of cardboard for every annoying thing we got asked every day. It kept us going.
Rule #1 ignore everything that doesn’t pertain to your job if you are asked to do something that is out of your position do it and report the company to the union if a situation ever arrives where you mess up bam fired . Rule #2 it’s open season whenever a customer is upset you are an open target if you ever experience a tough situation walk away and go to the break room or just stand there and wait for a manager. Rule #3 don’t stay working there for a long time the reason why these stores are always hiring is because they don’t take care of their workers they care more about treating their customers with a golden spoon no matter what they do you will always be at fault . At the very least when you call a manager they are gonna be the ones that get screwed over . Last but not least you will probably be suspended if you do mess up and hr will never call you back it will be solved in 2 weeks they do this tactic to make you quit always stick it out and make them fire you fight for the job even if you don’t want it eventually all that stuff will bite them back.
another thing is when customers complain about you or other employees, all the employees are usually secretly against the customer and thinking negative things. If your the type of person to try and make any of our days harder, we don't like you.
I worked in Shoprite in Thornwood NY for 3 months. It was either quit or beat the shit out of some of the managers or co workers. I didn't want to go to jail so I chose the former.
omg I came on here bc I got hired at shoprite 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks in and it sucks. its really bad and im miserable but im 16 so idk what to do. im getting paid but like I wanna find something else. and im in ct and we just banned plastic bags so I get screamed at 24.7 when I say they need to buy them. and im working till 11 like not bad but remember I just turned 16 last month
Virginia G I’ve been working in a grocery store for half a year now (although only Wednesday’s and some other weekdays here and there) and it is very good for my mental health. I have anxiety and even though it was tough at the beginning to learn everything it felt so nice once I got the hang of it. I love it. But I have very nice coworkers and usually nice customers so I suppose that plays a big part too
moa h I’m happy to say I’ve recently got a job at papa Johns and I do love it tbho like you said the anxiety is there but I like going to work and feeling useful .
I worked the night shift in a grocery store and hated it! The store was closed and luckily I didn’t have to deal with customers or bathrooms thankfully! The 5 things I hated most were: spreading the stuff off the skids, having to listen to the repetitive music every night (there are songs I now hate), not having two consecutive days off (which I had to get a doctor’s note for), the garbage room (it stunk), and being talked to sharp and insensitive by rude bosses (which could happen on any job)!
Agree with the list but I would like to add dealing with bad management. They want what they want, and of course not being able to move up. The good managers leave for bad ones. Not much to explain there.
I retired from natural resources and moved to another town. Somehow I F-ed up and took a job as a produce manager with no assistant. My gawd, it's HORRIBLE, and most of my coworkers are injured or worn out in this understaffed hell hole.
I feel bad for anyone that gets an abusive supervisor. A supervisor that thinks ok to intimidate the coworkers that are below them. My advice is to file a report against them. If you ve had enough, write a report against to the Union. Don’t let others push you around.
I agree with everything you say as well.... I work with this old guy and he doesn't do a damn thing.... he piles his work on to me and it's stressful at times. And I'm tired of doing the same repeative job every morning.... its getting old and I'm ready for a change
I know this comments probably a few years late but I just found this video. Totally related to everything he said I've been working at a grocery store for 5 years. He for sure has nailed it I look forward to more videos. You have a knack for these.
Had half time job at grocery store too and dude, like I was glad I was in job only 3 days a week for 6 hours, would rather carry sandbags and road blocks on construction site than do it again.
@@ExtremeMan10 I worked at amazon grocery store for almost 2 years. I was thinking of quitting or finding something else that isn’t so mediocre, the people are fake, favoritism, and it really does suck your soul. I broke my knuckle roller skating so thankfully had a few months off, when I went back I was so over it!! I was only able to face the store since I had been injured so it was really hard to face the entire store for 8 hours straight. I had no love in what I was doing, I felt like a slave. I was fired 6 months ago because I kept showing up late and calling out, I was really over it and so unmotivated. I feel so free now!! But get this, I recently have been thinking of leaving my partner and so I applied to a grocery store right down the street from where I was going to move and I had orientation yesterday. I was told to come back today and I couldn’t muster up the will to go.They had already scheduled me for a 4 am shift, so already I was over it! That’s why I came here to give myself more conviction as to why I won’t work at grocery stores. My partner is begging me to stay, saying he will change this time, and that we will create our own stream of income making juices and psychedelic mushies. Lots of decisions to be made, and working in a grocery store Is not one of them.
I work in a grocery store because im literally 30 seconds walking distance,,my only reason, it totally is a shit show! Shout out to everyone doing this.
At our store someone's bowels exploded as they were walking past the checkouts on their way out of the store. Next thing you know, a couple of young girls from checkouts approach the bombsite wearing thin pairs of gloves and holding a spray cleaner.
I'm a grocery assistant manager and it is the most depressing job I have ever had . For me it is the vindictive older women that are the worst they hate getting old and they hate that they messed their lives up and take it out on else .
I cant even imagine that. i'm 6 months in, and i get my indefinite contract in januari. Im staying another 6-8 months at MAX (or else i feel like im going te get fired for arguing or punching a disrespectful customer in the throat.
I’ve felt like this for the past months that I’ve been working at the grocery store I work at. Been thinking about having price chopper as my weekend job😂
You forgot the screaming tantrums that go on all. day. long, and parents just ignore it, instead of taking the kid out to the car, and disciplining them.
I work as a courtesy clerk but got trained as a cashier and I’m always getting called to check and have other duties like: sweeps, carts, and extra duties the store manager makes us do and sometimes I just want to go crazy dealing with people but aye I’m close to finishing college and was able to afford my Scion FR-S working here.. 🤒
dang ive heard bad things from grocery and retail but my experience is different, i worked at target for about 3 months and was easy af; my schedule was usually from 6am to 2:30 or from 4am to 12pm sometimes would be hard cause i had night shift the night before and i wouldnt be up to par, but i would power through. My main jobs were mostly doing inbound which was taking the pallets off the truck and loading them on carts then putting then on shelves. Usually i would help customers with help but i would be brutally honest if i didn't know anything. I did a good job since I would be zooming through carts of boxes stocked and them managers would be hella chill with me, sometimes they didnt give a fuck if i had my buds in while customers are around and since its target its the code to wear red but sometimes i would too tired from working the night before and would just slap on a camo shirt and never wear my name tag but my bosses would never say anything and usually be like "whats up or keep up the good work" Maybe Im just different, im used to working my ass off in a site framing wall, using power tools, etc and being out in the sun. So when people say grocery or retail sucks I kinda look at them crazy eyed; like your in a air conditioned building, you dont have the sun beating the fuck outta you, most managers don't say squat compared to foreman swearing like sailers, and not to mention working night shifts on the highway when you gotta deal with tweakers or people throwing drinks at you for "holding up the traffic" like nah fool. Im just doing my job
retail and grocery for men is not as hard as some of them in the comments are saying. the shittiest parts are the crappy hours, rude customers and management. it’s harder for women because of sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace. it’s really sad because majority of the sexual harassment cases against bosses get tossed out
We should all come together and tell stories of horror from our grocery store that we worked or used to work at and make a Tales from the Crypt, Creepshow, Tales from the Darkside episode style movie on RUclips lol😁👍 I seen the craziest happen working the parking lot every night and always Saturday.
I enjoy working at a grocery store. I have so much work to do that the day goes by sooo fast and that’s why I like it . Overtime is double time right now .
Started working at my local winn dixie as an overnight stocker. To have a job for money, get a vehicle, move on with my life. In a year and a half at less money an hr than competitive chains. Working full time hrs with no benefits. Promises of pay raises, full time benefits, possible overnight manager position. I have no faith in upper management. I'm the fool for staying. Having started with a full crew, now just 5 to 4 of us on truck nights, and 2 to 3 on non truck nights. The increased work load and current employees looking to leave including my boss. I find myself asking why the fuck would I want the manager position. Cause it's only a $2 raise. Which would still be less than a non manager position at Target or as an apprentice at a plumbing company.
Yes bro working in a grocery store it really sucks I'm also working there and it is my 4th month of working in a grocery store as a trolley porter out here in South Africa
Bless your heart. I worked at a gas station and some man just pooped 💩 in the middle of the floor inside of the men's restroom, and it was smelling all throughout the small gas station so of course I had to clean it because I was the only non management person available.
This is something I get all the time. Why is this not 99 Cents? False advertisement! We get so many go-backs, plus all these exact things, I'm just glad my store is closing now
My favorite thing about working at a grocery store is the people who ask where something is when there is a sign or the item is right in front of them. I absolutely love it. Like how are you people so stupid.
Lol, I once went into the customer's restroom and saw that somebody took the roll of toilet paper out of the holder, shoved it into the toilet, and took a shit on top of it. Our receiver saw it too but he didn't care, so I took his pliers from one of the cabinets in the wareroom and used them to pry the roll of toilet paper loose. The stench was INTENSE. After I threw the roll away and flushed the toilet, I put the pliers back in his cabinet without washing them lmao.
As someone who Is currently a sacker at a certain Grocery store but recently put in my notice, it freaking sucked.. I liked the people I worked with but customers ruined it for me.
"This shit just chilling on the floor." Subscribed! One of my managers told me that back when he first started working for the company he had to clean up some blood from a shop lifter that was left to bleed out after the LPO hit the guy in the head and then he slumped over and hit the manager's desk.
Sadly no since this was about ten years ago when the manager had to do it but he told me the guy in question did die. Which is why now you are not really allowed to touch a shoplifter.
I used to work at a grocery store called Cub Foods my hours we're 32 hours a week for 5 days they didn't let me do 40 hours a week the only time it's full time is on the weekends I didn't want to work every weekend and my schedule kept changing a lot and the hours and days. The position I did is Maintenance, cashier and stocking shelves. For a 8 hour shift they didn't get us a lunch break the breaks we're 2 15 minute breaks and that sucks. The hours I worked is between 4-7 hours and I worked a 8 hour shift once and I say that sucks
I work at Safeway and I’ve heard the in store advertising so much that I’ve really become deaf to it. If it’s playing I have to stop and really listen to hear it. And it’s the same with the music
Sometimes the shit and piss and blood is caused by the person who reported it. I just JUST cleaned it and this guy goes in and makes a worse mess than what you cleaned prior and comes up to me and says "dude, some one made a mess in the restroom I almost threw up but I just came to find you bro. Just tryin' to do the Christian thing and tell ya before someone else goes in there bro. Know what I mean homie? Duce's.". I went in there and was grossed out. I cleaned from the ceiling to the floor and door knobs. This guy pissed like a maniac with cups and threw it on the walls close to the ceiling and all over the toilet. He relieved his diarrhea on the side of the walls and back of the toilet. He was sick. NASTY!! The restroom looked sparlkly after I finished
@Chiaotzu San Im 16 at the moment, i personally prefer courtesy clerk because of the freedom i have at the job instead of standing at a register untill my shifts over. Plus my pay rate is $9.75 per hour.
My God LOL... Everything you said is true however I found a way to it fun. I learn to enjoy so much to the point that I want to own my own small Neighborhood Grocery Store. I cannot deny anyting this young man has stated working from the lower level to management it is something that sucks about the business overall.

Hi i just had my first experience working at the grocery store and was the worst in my life, after i got my pay ck i can tell you everything, i just went for the training and one day at the dely dpt. and i really hated that!!
If you’re complaining about your job just quit😂. Your job as a courtesy clerk is to get carts, bag, clean shit and maybe face some things. Working in a department is different from being up front. Working at a grocery store is good if you know what you’re doing. Any job requires effort sooooo.... sounds like a lot of complaining to me. I did courtesy for 4 months and had to do carts. bag, finish end caps, face up all the time, fill milks, fill eggs, take pallets outside, get U boats and stock the shelf’s. Don’t complain if you can’t handle the work🤭😐
*me standing in front of the register at work* Customer: "Are you open?" Me wishing to be a wise ass to the customer: "No bitch, I'm just standing here like a fucking dumbass with the light on"
I recently quit being a dishwasher and having to close the whole kitchen (3 different positions) by myself during this pandemic and I was thinking about going to a grocery store but if not idk where to, keep in mind im under 18 yrs old so options are limited for me. But I think not being a dishwasher should be a lot better for me
Also I see people in here not liking the music and I’m sure it’s annoying but I’m used to listening to a loud machine going on the whole time so I think listening to something a bit less quiet wouldn’t be as bad for me
#1 worst part of working in a grocery store.....the Customers
The majority...yes. You can meet some really cool people though. But that's rare unfortunately
Tell me about.
Dude I had a costumer whistling at me asking for an item and I turned around to the costumer and said “hey I have a name and I’m not a dog”
@robmc_01 yeah nah I don’t work here I just wear this ugly uniform for fun 🙄
But they sign your paycheck...😄
The repetitive music is sooooooo relatable!!
😭 the painnnnnnn
I know what you mean I work in a grocery store to and the music just keeps playing the songs over and over again
idk why but i love the songs, even tho they repeat a 100x xd my store plays nirvana covers and stuff it’s great

“You have to put on a mask.” You predicted the future with having to wear masks while working in a grocery store during covid-19.
So true!
here are some things you missed :
* people standing in front of the item you need to restock.
* customers grabbing the items out of your hands as your are scanning them.
* crying children
* rude customers
* customers asking you for things that you don't have a clue about, using you as a private butler to find all their shit for them, while you know your manager is going to ride your ass in 20 minutes because the pallet is not unloaded in time.
* customers not saying hello back (this shit eats at your soul after a while; am i even considered a human being in this place ? )
* people that try to sneak items past the registers without you noticing. It's a good deal for them, for us, it costs us our job.

"I've been doing it like a few weeks maybe like a year" 🤣 bro what
Losing his sanity 😂
bro.. i said the same thing lmaoooo

the amount of times i have heard "since there's no price tag it must be free right" fucking boggles me
Omg yes that joke is so repetitive
Grocery store work is a life of mediocrity no matter how much you get paid. I feel no value in my life and I wish I tried harder and went to school. Now life is mundane and meaningless.
In my own opinion, you might be in the same place even if you have gone to school. You just gotta find what your passionate about or something you like and just go for it
You will succeed , brother . Keep on working on your dreams

Life update: I'm blessed to be able to quit that soul killing grocery job. I'm so happy now.
kinda just makes you hate people. having to serve them 24/7. if theres one thing that im happy i experienced was how it felt to be on the receiving end. ive only been working for 4 days and definitely gonna use self check out 99% of the time and put my shopping cart back properly.
when it comes to working carts, on a busy day its like playing a game where you do a task walk away and the thing that you grabbed spawned right back making you have to do it all over again.
I’ve worked in a grocery store for over a year now and I agree with everything you said. I especially hate running self check out😂
I just finished my second day on the job and I work mainly in the dairy cooler stocking eggs, milk, and yogurt. Very repetitive and grueling. But honestly, I'm just glad I have a job now and that I'm not working at fast food because I despise fast food.
I'd much rather work grocery than fast food 100% haha
Fast food is the worst demo jobs also such
I’ve been working in an Australian Grocery store since 2003 and dude, I don’t know how I’ve put up with it for so long. We need another video
I walked in to work everyday and said “this music makes me wanna throw up 🤢 “
I remember those days...
I just went for a job interview today at our local grocery store and this is so helpful ! 😂😂
I hope you didn't take that job. I've been in grocery for a year and ready to pull all my hair out. 😂
All you’re focused on is the cons. The pros far outweigh the cons.

Sounds like you had a fun crew 🙂
My list is
1. Customers
2. Customers
3. Customers
4. Managers
5. Other stupid employees
Working in a grocery store especially in produce is the worst thing ever and everything you said was accurate
I feel your pain, I used to work in produce too ✌☮
Produce is way better than anything frontline, why u complaining
@@dianec.7724 that dependeds if your department head sucks
What is frontline?@@dianec.7724
another thing is when customers complain about you or other employees, all the employees are usually secretly against the customer and thinking negative things. If your the type of person to try and make any of our days harder, we don't like you.
Bro I work at Kroger and everything u said was accurate af 😂 keep the vids coming
I can’t wait to finish college. I work at ShopRite and it really sucks
At least you're going to college and doing something. 🤘
I worked in Shoprite in Thornwood NY for 3 months. It was either quit or beat the shit out of some of the managers or co workers. I didn't want to go to jail so I chose the former.
Da'Naisa Love Lets hope that that College degree really pays off because working in a Supermarket really sucks.
Da'Naisa Love me too sis. i work as a cashier in shoprite & it actually fucking sucks.
omg I came on here bc I got hired at shoprite 2 weeks ago.
I have worked in a grocery store for nearly three decades and i think you nailed it in this video.
If someone gets hired at all. An interview doesn't guarantee a job offer. Or keeping the job after being hired.
This the job I need haha I need something simple and same thing every day cuz I have to much anxiety so having the same thing everyday is very good.
To each their own I guess 🤣 idk if you can tell but I pretty much hated it. Didnt help my anxiety either
I work in the deli department. I absolutely love it. Great coworkers and management. The worst part is the repetitive music 🤣. And some customers.

worked in a grocery store and they cut my hours for no reason and tried moving me to bagging and they would always change my hours when I had school
was it a grocery store "with a heart"?
I retired from natural resources and moved to another town. Somehow I F-ed up and took a job as a produce manager with no assistant. My gawd, it's HORRIBLE, and most of my coworkers are injured or worn out in this understaffed hell hole.
I feel bad for anyone that gets an abusive supervisor. A supervisor that thinks ok to intimidate the coworkers that are below them. My advice is to file a report against them. If you ve had enough, write a report against to the Union. Don’t let others push you around.
Man, I know that feeling all to well. I've been under some awful managers in my time at the store.
How do you file a report against them?
Or...just punch them into the face if you are there as part time job
I work in a grocery store and have been for almost 5 years. And I agree with everything you said!!! 😂

Shadrach Webb hahaha thanks!!!
I agree with everything you say as well.... I work with this old guy and he doesn't do a damn thing.... he piles his work on to me and it's stressful at times. And I'm tired of doing the same repeative job every morning.... its getting old and I'm ready for a change

5:27 funniest part. That had me rolling. That 5 seconds was delivered like a pro comedian.
I work at Safeway part time. I can related badlyyyy. In for 1 1/2 years now and still hanging on.

I'm a grocery assistant manager and it is the most depressing job I have ever had . For me it is the vindictive older women that are the worst they hate getting old and they hate that they messed their lives up and take it out on else .
This is so rewarding! I experienced similar things working as a courtesy clerk. My main issue is cleaning the bathroom. It's tough.
I used to work at a grocery store. I was there for about six years before I left. I felt like I was going insane
100% can relate. I quit last February after almost 4 years. I had actually lost my mind. Since then I've healed and never felt better 🤘

dang ive heard bad things from grocery and retail but my experience is different, i worked at target for about 3 months and was easy af; my schedule was usually from 6am to 2:30 or from 4am to 12pm sometimes would be hard cause i had night shift the night before and i wouldnt be up to par, but i would power through. My main jobs were mostly doing inbound which was taking the pallets off the truck and loading them on carts then putting then on shelves. Usually i would help customers with help but i would be brutally honest if i didn't know anything. I did a good job since I would be zooming through carts of boxes stocked and them managers would be hella chill with me, sometimes they didnt give a fuck if i had my buds in while customers are around and since its target its the code to wear red but sometimes i would too tired from working the night before and would just slap on a camo shirt and never wear my name tag but my bosses would never say anything and usually be like "whats up or keep up the good work"
Maybe Im just different, im used to working my ass off in a site framing wall, using power tools, etc and being out in the sun. Im just doing my job
retail and grocery for men is not as hard as some of them in the comments are saying. the shittiest parts are the crappy hours, rude customers and management. it’s harder for women because of sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace. it’s really sad because majority of the sexual harassment cases against bosses get tossed out
Holy shit at my store we legit listen to girls just wanna have fun, the climb, and your love by the outfield ALL FUCKING. DAY
We should all come together and tell stories of horror from our grocery store that we worked or used to work at and make a Tales from the Crypt, Creepshow, Tales from the Darkside episode style movie on RUclips lol😁👍 I seen the craziest happen working the parking lot every night and always Saturday.
I enjoy working at a grocery store. I have so much work to do that the day goes by sooo fast and that’s why I like it . Overtime is double time right now .
this reminds me of retail clothing stores
Plot twist
I’m about to work at a grocery story and at my current job at a clothing store
Bruh why is this so reliable literally every single thing u said is me😂
God speed my friend 🙏
That’s why night stocking is the BEST!,

Yes bro working in a grocery store it really sucks I'm also working there and it is my 4th month of working in a grocery store as a trolley porter out here in South Africa
Bless your heart. I worked at a gas station and some man just pooped 💩 in the middle of the floor inside of the men's restroom, and it was smelling all throughout the small gas station so of course I had to clean it because I was the only non management person available.
Lmao. 😂 Bon Jovi 🎵...not awesome anymore 😂
This is something I get all the time. Why is this not 99 Cents? False advertisement! We get so many go-backs, plus all these exact things, I'm just glad my store is closing now

True! Haha
My favorite thing about working at a grocery store is the people who ask where something is when there is a sign or the item is right in front of them. I absolutely love it. Like how are you people so stupid.
😂😂😂
Literally 💀
I just want to be catered to it's crap I mean like only pieces of shit people act like that as customers
That's so petty but I love it 🤣 I probably would've done something similar to that! Lol
😊 ha ha you are the type of employee I want on my team ha
There is this crazy woman I work with who has been at this store for 20 years... What? How? She's clearly crazy just for staying that long.

Jeremy Rivers hahaha holy shit man. Were you there for that?
Sadly no since this was about ten years ago when the manager had to do it but he told me the guy in question did die. Which is why now you are not really allowed to touch a shoplifter.
Yeah I've heard a few instances similar to that. But damn that guy died? I hope the snickers bar was worth it 😂
AHAHAHAHA! I know right? If I am going to steal something, I want to make the item worth it.
My manger is really good to me and I work all the same days every week same time
I work at Safeway and I’ve heard the in store advertising so much that I’ve really become deaf to it. If it’s playing I have to stop and really listen to hear it. And it’s the same with the music
I hate working at a grocery store but there’s better out there it was cool at 16 but now I’m 20 I’m ready to be in my career

Me wishing to be a wise ass to the customer: "No bitch, I'm just standing here like a fucking dumbass with the light on"
You should just look at them without saying anything and point towards the light.
@@trooper326 you’ll get writen up for that
I saw and experienced a fire underneath a car while doing carts and the bathroom situation I hate it too
I’ve worked at mine for 3 years started in the tenth grade to now my senior year worst thing is banging ice and moping the store
