20:23 | This is the hardest, most superb, and brilliant I have ever seen to an introduction of a cadenza. The way Sergey drops the bow on the violin and the spacing in between the octaves symbolizing the theme of the first movement. The Joachim cadenza is just the best when it comes to this violin concerto with Kreisler not too far behind. There are so many words I want to express about my enthusiasm in this cadenza but it has blessed me so much and it is such a pleasure listening to this recording. Captivating! I saw this piece performed by Christian Tetzlaff with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra several years ago. This guy must be practicing at least 39hours/day!
It is very interesting how all the concerto was interpreted. One can say a new romanticism, a bit self interpreted but very effective. Love how the orchestra blends with the singularity of the soloist and vice versa. Great performance very energetic and passionate.

The close up shots help me to study his finger placement. First year violinist here and this love affair with my instrument just keeps growing thanks to professionals and simple fiddlers alike. But the pros like these in this video take the cake.

Impressionnant! Parfaite justesse du son tout au long du concerto dans cette oeuvre si subtile et changeante d'une phrase a l'autre. БРАААВО,👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 СПАСИБО!!!!!!!
Thanks.. What more to wish for in my" hundred years of solitude"
Captivating! I saw this piece performed by Christian Tetzlaff with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra several years ago. This guy must be practicing at least 39hours/day!
IMPACTO EMOCIONAL AL VER Y ESCUCHAR LA ORQUESTA EN UNA SALA SIN PUBLICO GRACIAS.....
It is very interesting how all the concerto was interpreted. One can say a new romanticism, a bit self interpreted but very effective. Love how the orchestra blends with the singularity of the soloist and vice versa. Great performance very
energetic and passionate.
A sincere, great musician, I love your playing - in solo pieces but also in chamber music. Thank you for your commitment to the absent audience. It was great to hear you again!
The close up shots help me to study his finger placement. First year violinist here and this love affair with my instrument just keeps growing thanks to professionals and simple fiddlers alike. But the pros like these in this video take the cake.
Hi! I'm a first year violinist now, but you are not any more. How did it go for you, did you stick with it?
Vocês são incríveis! Amo suas interpretações.
Je suis fier de lui. C'est un génie arménien. Venez visiter ce pays des merveilles.
Thank you. An abslutely stunning performance from Sergey, and an equally superb interpretation of this beautiful concerto by Andrés and the orchestra. What a treat in these challnging times.
Thank you so much. I was moved to tears, especially in the situation of no audience there.
Emocionante…. BRAVOOOO
Wonderful work!!! All these talented musicians deserve a pay raise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great sensitivity,
Sophisticated and excellent technology is fantastic and wonderful !
Let's give a big round of applause to Brahms violin concerto! Thank you!!!
Ein schlankerer Brahms. Gefällt mir sehr gut! Transparenter Orchesterklang.
Die großen Bögen phrasiert der Solist herrlich zart und gefühlt.
So ein Erlebnis, ein Konzert ohne Huster :)
EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE....SUPER NUANCE.....SUPER TECHNIC......BRAVO...!
Impressionnant!
