On season 7 abracadabra said Barry will be absesed with the future soon and now I can see it happening.
I've been watching this show since 2014 ... Still everything feels relevant except Cecile & Allegra ... Both of them are outplaced characters shoved into with main characters being thrusted into seem important which they are not ... Their presence in important scenes just casually outweighs the necessity of that scene and destroys everything good about it .. I mean I don't have anything against those two actresses but I just don't know if they actually suit in with the team as important members ... I mean what connection does Cecile has with Barry that she can direct him onwards ??? I just watch this show because of the love for its first 3 seasons and respecting the OG 4 characters .... Nothing else .. just my thoughts
I understand why they brought in Cecile. To be a proxy to Candace/ Iris.
Iris is right here, it’s best to choose your future
He's like a child. Why did he need to tell her everything?
@@williampearson6299 because he felt like that if he didn’t tell her to follow the book they wouldn’t get the happy ending they wanted
@@williampearson6299 Just like Barry also told Captain Kramer about it and act entitled for the promotion. Everything about that behavior of his obsession made him eventually realize he must change and not go by the book. I mean when he told his boss about the book, his boss went like I have no idea what you are talking about. When Barry was obsessed with the book, he even acted entitled for the promotion around his boss. That book, not only effected the way how he behaves around his wife. It also effected the way he went to work.
They both have reasons for this neither right or wrong both equal and have reasons
He could just agree to not talk about it. And let Iris think she is choosing. We all have seen what happens they try to change things.
We've also seen what happens when Barry secretly tries to control/change his and Iris's future against her will (lying about why he was proposing, waiting until Iris's left the room so that he could drag and dump Nora back in 2049, an action that literally led right to her death). Very glad it never even crossed his mind to hide this time notebook from her. It shows he's FINALLY learning from his past mistakes
@@HelloGudbye93 Good point maybe he should give the book to Joe. And wipe his mind. That way Joe can keep an eye on things. Barry just can't resist.
@@HelloGudbye93 It's like Barry never learns that Iris wants to be involved in decisions that affects their relationship I'm still mad about the Nora one in the end I was glad when Iris went to the future to see her despite how it ended
@@theoutsiderjess1869 Same. It only took nine years, but it seems to finally be getting through his very thick skull that his wife has a right to decide and be involved in the decisions that affect their marriage
That is what Barry was supposed to do around his boss Captain Kramer. I mean Barry even brought up the book. Captain Kramer only responds like I have no idea what you are talking about. Not only did Barry attempt to force his wife to go by the book, he even used that book in an attempt to force his boss to let him get a promotion. Barry said to Captain Kramer he is supposed to get a promotion based on the book. So Barry also was not even supposed to talk about what his book say to both his wife Iris and his boss Captain Kramer. So yes, Barry can make the plan and not talk about it.
Brooo this new ep pretty valid
Are you watching it
@@SullyFnn no clips
They did the episode and they did it right and they didn’t fuck it up and it works it just works
dude it’s so good i can’t lie. it’s one of the best premieres we’ve gotten in recent seasons
@@gabrielacosta9470 Well, now the Executives know that people are twice as critical with minority actresses, they are now funding twice as much for their storylines and VFX. I noticed this with Starfire and Blackfire in S3. They did the most with their VFX's while Teagan Croft's Raven and Beast were not their best.
The Barry in my Timeline is not this stupid! How many times do I have to say this: DONT MESS WITH THE TIMELINE! 😮💨
The only thing that I don’t like about Cecile is she just reads peoples minds without there consent
She’s not reading people's minds but their emotions and feelings.
@@Arie2234 whatever she was doing it was rlly annoying cuz she was doing it without their consent
@@MALECFOREVEA yeah you’re right
She forgot barry was in the speedforce
He hasn't been in the speed force in a while
something i noticed now: in first episode of the series the problem was that running with normal clothes, because if he did it they've burned
Barry the book say we have pizza hut tonight and go on a date, iris Well I want mcdonalds. Barry fine, at the mcdonalds window. She wantss to order, the guy behind the mirror: helloo iris run barry run, its thawne who would have slipped on a mcflurry and died but no iris couldnt have pizzahut
I can't believe I actually agree with Iris here, like what are the odds😂 Barry was definitely in the wrong here
Why pit them against each other? Sometimes couples fight over perspective but they resolved it together. That's the lesson
Over and over again. Lol my favorite scene
You have to love Joe's knowledge.
0:40 what moment? You're living in a time loop, the moment literally means nothing because nothing will change, grow, and move forward. "Living in the moment" is enjoying the each moment as they come and not worrying about the past or future because only the now can be changed. Barry may or may not be wrong, I don't think he is, but at least he wants to move forward and build a future for them. But Iris wants to stay in her little safe space bubble, that's not living in the moment, that's not even running away (because at least you're still going somewhere when you run away), she's HIDING
We want Nora West-Allen!
The og right
She's probably gonna be born in the season's finale
Or we can say : "start grinding"
I should get back into this series
Abraham kadabra told him he would be obsessed with the future at some point in the near future.
Damn Abra* not Abraham lol
I miss 2024 barry
OMG, it's 2024 next year. They made it a plot that he disappears in 2024 in Season 1 because that's when shows would end... on their 10th season. Except we had Covid so S9 due to delay.
Girll i would have been glad to know how somethings play out yes cause this guessing thing hard
I have a feeling iris will be cool this season
Can’t believe I’m saying this but I agree with Iris.
And what's odd In siding her it been years she said something that didn't suit u well cos the writer ask her to said that! You all want to hold her forever 😂 cry babies
@@chinenyeogazie6061 Huh?
I can not be the only one who thought he said “f-k you guys” at 1:55
As someone who was burn, betrayed, loss very important people to me and even lost myself in the process... Barry is making a lot of fucking sense for the greater good... Sadly Joe also makes alot of sense by saying that sure you were happy but what about iris? (srsly idk why ppl hate iris so much she's a pain in the ass but meh it don't bother me XD)
Barry was with people who were better for him and understood that he knows loss better than most
@@haddy106 one more reason to plan ahead an prevent it from happening?
@@haddy106 Iris literally grew up with him she understands him but sometimes he needs tough love and not coddling especially when he makes dumbass decisions like this he keeps making the same mistake if Cisco was here he would call him out on his bullshit
RED DEATHHH IS HEREEEE
Grant is a fantastic actor
They are talking to someone who can literally change past and future if he desires...
Why do they still show Barry as a helpless kid
Barry has much more of a valid point that Iris & I’m sick of people pretending that Iris has an equal point to him
Iris point makes more sense the future isn't set in stone in fact its more dangerous knowing about your future because what happens when it doesn't happen especially with Barry being the flash he should know better that the future is constantly changing look at Crisis it literally sped up in time and he didn't disappear. Barry's point became moot in the face of logic it also doesn't help that he did all this without consulting his wife and asking her what she wants to do with her life she doesn't want to told how her life plays out she wants to live it
Because she has a point which you completely miss out for being a iris hater.
@@TsumuSmile I’m not being an Iris hater.
She has a point. “Living in the moment” is decent advice & should be used in one’s life. But it is more detrimental & harmful than helpful & good.
Idk why you think I’m an “Iris hater” when all I did was talk about their points/arguments not them as characters.
@@sagelg that's a iris hater would say.
@@TsumuSmile an “Iris hater” would say she has valid points & that she is a decently written character?

@@adombaobeng3326 no really
Imagine if this flash series extend to 15 season. Gonna follow the script from the comics, means we gonna have to watch more scenes about Abra kadabra and other new villains and even Thawne comeback again. 😁
@@kormankongther8609 How many Flash villains are there?
Thanks, Joe, for talking some sense into Barry ! I know where he comes from with wanting to know the future but that's not how life should work. And nobody should know their own future. Jay Garrick told him that back in S3, but I guess Barry just forgot.
I'm with Iris on this one. I wouldn't want to know everything that will happen to me either. And I'm surely not making decisions based on some checklist from the future.
Where did u watch it
"You don't know that..."
Yeah, like his life hasn't been full of...what do you call it? Tragedy? Yeah, TRAGEDY!
There is one thing I don't understand. In season 1 Barry almost burned up his clothing while running. Now he's almost 10 times faster and he's clothing is fine?
Getting a better hold of your powers would do that for you
in the 9 years that hes been the flash im pretty sure all his clothes are power proof
the book on the other hand idk. An argument can be made that he is in such control of his powers that all the miniscule things that come with being the flash are dealt by his subconscious.
After like episode 4/5 yeah
His connection to the speed force has increased to the point where he can give people around him so ofc his clothes no longer burn up
I feel for Barry cause every season he is expected to die
I'm confused the episode was supposed to come out today now its saying tomorrow which one is it
It comes out on the cw app tomorrow
Where can I watch this ? Is there any website. I am from Europe
Wait for it to air on Sky
I'm worried that what I'll be happening in future .....
give em everything they say they want and they resent you for it .....
3:43 Destiny of the Endless would disagree.

Pls is this out yet and how many episodes
if you see the clips of course it's out, and it's the First episode for now. This season Will have 13 episodes
How is speaking faxx.
idk man, barry could've written down others thoughts on the book too
Barry Allen has the whining of a lil girl in the shape of a young man
So basically Barry's gonna Butterfly Effect them? As a scientist he should know better. Fear cannot rule your life.
So Barry did attempt to butterfly effect his marriage and his boss at work.
Thank you! Exactly the point Iris is making.
