@@Tradetek1 I don't think he meant that. What he meant was Oliver was more matured in dealing thing than Barry. Instead of wallowing in grief, he realised that the death of someone he loved is something he has to live with for the rest of his life, and this is what Barry needs to learn and move on.

I love this scene it shows Oliver sensitive and happy friend/brother moment with Barry the punch in the face part was unexpected and the best part is that the Green Arrow and The Flash join forces one more time.
Maybe I’m overthinking but think that punch was pay back for the arrows Barry shot him with lol

@@sebastienmagloire1139 for sure we haven’t had a moment with this good of acting and chemistry between two actors except for some scenes between barry and thawne although its a very big difference with how good they are.
the humor feels so natural as always and doesnt come off forced like the recent attempts at humor in the newer seasons of flash
To bring him back, he inspired him beyond belief, then punched him in the face 🤣 I love Oliver he was the best hero in the series in my opinion. He opened the doors for Barry in a lot of ways.

despite the very big flaws across the arrowverse and everyone clowning on it. watching this episode makes the viewers realise this is the last time we see any form oliver or diggle or anyone and the arrowverse ends within the month.
That's true. The Arrowverse is obviously not perfect, but I appreciate it for what it is. It has had its fair share of awesome and satisfying moments throughout.

So great to see Stephen Amell back as Oliver Queen, the Arrowverse hasn't been the same without him and to see back in the thick of things even just for one episode, it really showed how missed he was and watching this, it was like he never left. So glad that the show brought these two back together one last time before the series finale.
I’m really gonna miss the Barry/Oliver dynamic. Feels just like the old days.

I swear majority of the season has been multiple seasons forced together cause someone up there really really wanted all of these characters in the show but only had one season regardless of the fact that the spread out budget and the general confusing storyline would ruin the final season

I really loved Stephen's return and it just feels so perfect. The man who started it all. I hope someday maybe Marvel will do the same thing with Tony. Have him come back as a guiding force one last time, and do a send-off.
Also this episode at its core is about Barry’s survivors guilt and Oliver is defined by that so it makes sense for him to be in this

What I also like about this is they answered the question as to why Oliver didn’t bring his father back
Moira gave the answer to that to Thea in Oliver’s funeral episode. Which was basically if Oliver brought back his father, he would have never become the Green Arrow which means he would not have accomplished everything he would go on to.

Goosebumps all around. I did not know that Oliver brought back his mom and best friend, Tommy but I’m so glad he did.
In my opinion, I don’t really like that Arrow show is resurrecting a lot of characters. There are way too many characters that were resurrected in the show, and that affects the emotions when we saw them die. So, I felt like Oliver shouldn’t bring them back.

So does this confirm that Shado is alive? Oliver definitely loved Shado and he says he brought everyone he cares for except his dad, and technically original laurel but the exception is because of laurel from earth 2 originally.
I don’t think so. In the finale of Arrow, we still see most of the events of Season 2 still occurred with Deathstroke with the only difference being that Moira still being alive. Slade was mirakuru but what mainly drove him to go against Oliver is Shado death.
Honestly, this was one of the best episodes of the Flash ever. I was glad that they brought him back.

I didn’t say this last time but I hated how Oliver was saying he wasted his father’s sacrifice by pursuing the bad guys on the list. He didn’t. The dishonorable thing he did was abandon the list and allow these people to continue to abuse their power and hurt innocent people. That’s why crime in Star City never reached a point where it could become manageable enough for the city administration to handle it properly and effectively.

oliver carrying show
A lot of people aren’t thinking about this. But Oliver said that reviving his father would’ve been too much to alter reality. He’s basically saying that like Barry’s mother being killed by the Reverse Flash, Robert Queen’s suicide is a fixed point. It can’t be undone, it can’t be altered, it can’t be changed. Robert was always going to shoot himself in the head. Not just because that’s what a father would do to protect his child under extreme situations, but also there was no other way, because that is their fate. Robert’s destiny was to die. Just like Nora Allen.
It's still crazy to me that this finale season only had two good episodes this episode and the Reverse Flash full circle episode.
I like to think that where Oliver is now, he is able to now talk to and catch up with his father, and eventually the rest of his family when their time comes.
