Here in the state of Florida there are 8, 12 or 16 hour shifts (at least to the facilities I have been too). So a 16 hour shift is known as a double because it’s two 8 hour shifts back to back

Thats a great goal! I just got into nursing school. If I could rewind and start at your age I would make sure to really focus in the math and science classes. Also, as soon as you are old enough, start taking your prerequisite courses at a community college (anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry, etc.). You might even be able to take them while you are in high school (sometimes called dual enrollment). You can even research colleges in your area and see what prerequisites they require. Until then, enjoy your youth! There will be plenty of time to study and work when you are older. :)

Hello Lorena. Great video. I can’t help but start out by saying your an extremely beautiful girl. Lots of talent. You are way underpaid for your job. Your cheating yourself. You should consider working in northern Ca. The highest paid RNs in the country. Did you know that RNs in northern Ca earn 130 an hr? 195 OT and 260 plus double time? Average pay is 300k a year base pay with pension. 500-600k with OT. The key is knowing what hospital to work at and in what area. I hate seeing such a young beautiful and talented RN like yourself being under paid. I can point you in the right direction. Stop working for low wages. Come get what you deserve. If you need help I will show you where to apply and the best places to live. I am a mentor and coach. All the best to you.

Thank you for this video ❤ John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” If you place your faith in Jesus, He will forgive you of your sins and you will be saved from hell and you will be given eternal life. Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. The Bible is Gods word to us. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Bible are the gospels of Jesus and His teachings on how to follow Him. Jesus is coming soon. Repent of your sins and follow Jesus. God bless you! 💕
