The most beautiful food presentation I ever seen. Normally, people don't pay attention to their cooking ingredients and they are all end up mashey. I learned alot from this video. Thanks.
I like your passion in Burma history and food. I am a burmese living in London at the moment. I am a free spirit and love to explore new country and culture. Glad that I found your channel.
My mum also used fried garlic and the oil, along with dry prawn, dried chilli, achomo,, my god my mouth is starting to water, mmmm. Keep the videos coming, your fantastic
Oh! A phwar.. Everytime i see you or aunty su make me proud for having you two. I really wish to see how the Nan Twin Pwal Taw Oak Hin Shar are cook ,so if you have time please make some videos about them. Anyway thank u aphwar. Take care.
Burmese people love crunchy texture and flavourfull ( sour , salty and spicy.). In some salad , we add crushed peanuts for the texture and taste. Hope Burmese foods are popular World Wide.
Where and when do you add the paprika and (red??) food coloring . I'm assuming into the rice and the quantities please. By the way...I love your big tossing bowl...Thank you for the recipe. Ann G
I like the way you mix the salad gently by tossing them from underneath, aunty. normally it become soggy and mushy when I make it. I will definitely try this technique next time. thanks.
It's VERY DETAIL HOW FOOD Should BE PREPARED BUT PLEASE USE PLASTICK GLOVES, NOT UNCLEANED HANDS LIKE THAT. IT Doesn't HOW MANY TIMES YOU CLEANE YOUR Hands, IT IS SIMPLY DISGUSTING.
Dear Larry, recently we pay more and more attention to clean hands and sterilised tools. But this video, filmed years ago, represent exactly how June was: she was free
For the last 6 thousand years women have always cooked for everyone without gloves but always washed their hands. This clean gracious lady is no different.
Sunn ny I was thinking the same🤣 I cringed through the entire video. However, the dish looks really delicious and she presented her preparation really well 👍
Your Highness, Very excellent cooking all your recipes are delicious. I do hope you show more different ethnic group recipes in Mynammar cuisine.

It's funny how old Burmese called Le Thok. We called it Hta Min Thok now. LOL !
Yes, my grandma used to call it " Hta Min Le Thok " too.
yes because htha min (the rice) has been added. There is another version with just noodles
It is just Ahtok or Ahtok sone, if it is htamin lattok, these days there ate many version of htamintok
Amazing
Happy

Is she still alive
Yes! She is very much alive and kicking(cooking): pun intended!!
