    Sorry, the public tells the government what to do , not big business. Happy to see big business show leadership and open dialogue.

    why cant a register of international organisations using slave labour be established, then gov legal challenges (I.E. Fines) to companies knowingly using slave labour in their supply chain .... ??? might such an approach backfire on the well meaning ...

    Interesting. Big Australian iron ore companies have gone off shore for manufacturing and support the likes of China big time instead of Australian manufacturing businesses . China has a slave labour workforce . Sorry twiggy, i luv your heart, but think about the jobs you and your Hay street buddies exported, the resulting WA recession. Look in the mirror, you did this to save money. Just like the low income australian workers buying $5 T SHIRTS from Bangladesh, your company is happy to send work to the lowest bidder.
