Great review! I’ve been watching some, but people aren’t mimicking the movement that my hairstylist uses with a round brush and a blow dryer. You are using almost the same movements, which is super helpful for me to see how it would work if I purchased it! (When I round brush and dry, I can only get it to be more smooth than normal. I can’t seem to twirl and release, which is what gives my very fine hair volume from the mid shaft to the end, which is harder to achieve!). I think I am going to pick this up from Sephora, so I can at least try it out!
Thanks for the tutorial. How long does it take for you to finish curling all your hair and does it last a full day or just half a day? Appreciate your sharing, thanks!
What are the inches of the barrel? I tried the hot tools brush and it was supposed to be 1.5 inches but really its more like two inches. Very frustrating if your hair is not long you cannot use that large a brush.
People with really fine hair should be careful doing all this "tugging" back and forth as I think with repeated action like that it would lead to hair loss. I think also if you start at the root on all your strands it would give it more volume rather than concentrating on the ends. Giving the strand one brush through to get the tangles out is good and then wrap the hair starting at the root and then just wrap it around the brush rather than tugging. Also, the use of the cream at the end killed the volume and made some of the strands stick together. When we keep adding products it can kill the affect we are striving for because it weighs (Ouai- no pun intended) the hair down. I would choose one of the texturizing products but not several. My favorite is bumble and bumble dry spun texture spray. Thank you for the video. I think your overall look was pretty.
It take a lot of time a lot of pressure on the hands and its not soft the root and top of the hair ,,, there are movable brush such as babyliss and etc....... much more practical .
congratulations on the video very well explained. you can make a more complete video and leave it without music and do it now with the hair dryer. do you think you can do it again, could you use children?

Have you tried the dry bar double shot ? It’s like a round barrel brush and blow dryer in one? I’m debating between that and this amika one
i have but i think this Amika one is much easier to use !!
Asian hair is just as thick as mexican hair lol, I’m looking forward to using it 😊😊
I tried it, all it does is tangle my hair
I have very thick hair & curly this did not work lol 😆
Try doing the root first
