- Our diverse group of young Miami musicians, Voices of Freedom, has created this anthem for the United States Space Force (USSF), the sixth branch of the U.S. Military.
Our hope is to get this song to the Pentagon and the White House for official adoption and eventually into outer space for the men and women who will serve in the far beyond. You can help us by sharing this video with members of the military, the Space Force and leaders in government. You can also donate to our crowdfunding campaign as we intend to move to phase 2 of the project.

Too complex for most to sing it. I prefer this one also but I served 20 in the Air Force. I know that people struggle to remember military theme songs that aren't sung very often....even relatively simple ones. SF rendered a really simple one in the end.

There could be "aliens invaders" in many forms. Maybe those not from our universe at all. Maybe "Alien invaders" as in the threats posed by asteroids hitting us, or rouge planets/stars passing through our solar system and messing up orbits. It should serve as a generalization for threats not from our world posing a threat.
Lol if anything we are the alien invaders, we are the space monkeys that want terraform other planets and kill their life, just so we can live on them.

Why do I feel whenever I watch this video it’ll go one of two ways. Either a stargate style timeline where earth does its best to help aliens and honestly the more plausible one. As a SFA member I can say ussf anthem is calm,agressive, worthiness, but in coming years we will listen much more expensive music in new space force.god bless us.

This is awesome! A great candidate. I think if they made a few edits or a different version to make it sound more like a traditional march, it would be a perfect fit. You have to keep in mind, it needs to be performed in the Armed Forces Medley!

Wow - that was beautiful! I lived on Roi-Namur, and I worked for SMDC helping build Fort Greely, Alaska GMD site... and this is cool.
My *only* minor, suggestion, because it's as-is, it's little awkward to sing for the recruits who will have to learn this in basic training, and it's sort of a Space-talk-syntax thing - is a single word lyric change

Well sorry to break it for you but they aren't really looking to recruit from citizens. They're looking to recruit Experienced soldiers from either the Marine Corps or the Army. You'll have to get deep into one of those two to even dream of joining

It might be worth considering that the lyrics at 1:00 talk about how the "future of our country lies in the stars," (and at 1:50 "the future of our nation...,") yet at 2:00, the USSF is "defending the *Earth*."
Admittedly, there's no need to be provocative, but the USSF's mission will - for the foreseeable future - involve protecting the USA and the allies from manifestly bad actors like China and Russia.
Also, and perhaps more disturbingly, what is it that we seek salvation *for* or *from*? (1:50)

The Lyrics sound cutting edge, and shows how limitless this over the world experience may take us. But common orchestral instruments seem post dated for the galaxy tonality it need In short its misses the expansive boundary & sound effects newer instruments thrill us with. The band is great yet maybe adding some synth.... effects would really make it more excelsior,.. because the gun is not our only sonic weapon.

@@catherinaaaaaa At least for now, if anyone completes basic training of any military branch, they can, with approval of a lot of people, transfer to the Space Force.
Join the Army or Marines and get combat training first, then switch branches. Never know when being one of the few with combat training/experience could come in handy up in space... Just saying 👽 you might be the real life Commander Shepherd of the Normandy SRV-2 (lucky fuck... That means you get Liara and Tali 🤣)
