We are instructed to look to no man, only God. We are to test the spirits, use discernment, look for the fruit produced, use wisdom and common sense. God gives us many useful instructions so as to keep us from placing our faith in a man. But if we don’t read God’s instructions, believe God and put them to use, then we make ourselves victims. We bring the folly upon ourselves. There is not enough teaching in this area. Instead the “leading authorities” would rather stand on a stage and debate topics instead of teaching God’s word as it is written.

Dude he was already called out for being dishonest on his resume. If some one can’t be trusted about simple things like where he was teaching. Why should I trust him about his god theory? Just because he is some big preacher doesn’t mean he can be trusted about everything.

Dared to open the comments section. Glad. You should have probably came up to the public and to Ravi with the video when you first smelled the Ravi smoke. So very easy and so very safe to say 'I always knew it' when he is gone and is not thereto defend himself. Sorry bro, I don't agree with you in this

They missed all the signs of his phony ministry bc Christian failed to recognize or realize his phony gospel… that’s always the 1st thing to go… his message was not one of a saving gospel… it was one of a…” unifying…” gospel & that’s bc he message was ECUMENICAL…( unity @ all costs) rather then… EVANGELICAL… ( the gospel of Christ @ all costs) we should always measure the man by his… message…. NOT… his ministry or the size of his ministry… it’s always the message( 2Cor.15:1-4) that determines who has the right to speak on Gods behalf…NOT ya seminary degrees of ya knowing the Greek… Gal.1:1-12….” let them be… accursed…” means ya EXCOMMICATED… w/ no authority to speak on Goddess behalf… & that leaves the church w/ a self appointed… self serving…&.. a self centered pseudo system of…” Clergy…” who have no authority to speak on Gods behalf… none whatsoever…& never have…1Jn.4:2-6 ; 2Jn.1:7-11

Have you ever been the enemy of a powerful person? It's come out that when people questioned him within his own organization, he retaliated and bullied them. I agree, the lesson should be that the accuser shouldn't feel guilty, but powerful abusers manipulate their victims to feel guilty. Ravi told some of the women he abused that they would jeopardize millions of souls if they exposed him. That's evil.

Many people begin a sermon or lecture with a story or a joke. That aside, that sermon that Ravi preached at the Mormon Tabernacle is one of the greatest gospel presentations I’ve ever heard. In fact, I’ve listened to it so many times over the past 20 years that I almost have it memorized. The latest time I listened to it was this morning 04/13/24.

so todd, you are sure about the massage saloons. Okay, so Ravi was diplomatic, he went to the mormon temple and didn't tell them the truth, he didn't kick Roman Catholicism to the curb. What would you do as a Christian apologist? Would you say, yes Islam is false, and o yeah 75% of Christianity too. I agree, stand for truth. And yes Ravi could have done better. But you should also consider the context, on the Catholic question. E.g. if you are a baptist, and you don't agree with much of Catholicism, but your role is first and foremost a Christian apologist, how helpful is it to start an inner/inter denominational debate? (On the Mormon stuff, fine).

Billy Graham is also controversial in things that he said throughout his life. We need to be discerning.

But Billy was faithful to his wife by every metric and NO evidence has arisen that he was leading a double life. That’s a HUGE difference than just saying some controversial things from time to time. And I’m NO Billy Graham apologist!

Ravi slandered his own name all by himself for his despicable behavior and hypocrisy. You are willing to plug your nose at the stench. You will vote for evil for the simple fact that your faith in lies makes you blind to reality and truth. Ironically Christianity will destroy our country as it destroys our judicial system and replaces it with a mob rule.

    Everyone is a sinner…
But for the loving grace of Yahweh through belief in his son - Yeshua… we’d ALL be sent to Sheol…
Ravi’s matters are strictly between him and his maker… it’s definitely not for fellow sinners to talk ad nauseam with the benefit of hindsight… we must only reinforce the fact we are all sinners in need of The Lords forgiveness…

Faith alone??. “Alone”, never, ever, ever, was written in the bible. Another lost preacher that will teach the easy way, the fast way, the convenience way, the comfortable way, the don’t worry way to go through judgement day.
Falks, stay away and run away from pastors that insist in……. “alone”. That makes more difference in your salvation than you can imagine. If your bible has the word “alone”. Something is wrong. Is your pastor tells you that it is in the bible, he is wrong.

    • @rafaelprado1042
      @rafaelprado1042 5 месяцев назад

“Alone”, is a grammatical adverb in scripture, added to present an advantage in biblical arguments.
The “Trinity”, is a theological concept well understood, so people like you can reason the how God can be three persons in One.
      Two totally different things.
“Alone” in simply an added word to make the false infamous believe, that no matter what, your faith will take you to heaven.
Dangerous, very dangerous and heretic and evil teaching.

Read the letter of Saint James 12 times one after the other. Read slowly charpter 2, very slow. Then two things will happen; either you understand faith and works, or you will keep being another protestant in error.
