I feel like another way to get into warhammer gaming in general is the kill team gamemode. get the team in a box they have rules for just those units, less fuss and usually the killteam units can be what is essentially an elite infantry for the army to do smaller game modes with. They also come in pairs so you can set it up yourself completely and play it kind of like a board game and it's relatively close to how 40k plays in general, not exactly obviously but close enough that if you dislike it, then a 3-4 hour long version might not be for you anyway.
I am already deep in the hobby, but I’m gonna watch this entire video anyway :). I’d also like to not that you should never buy the games workshop official glue. The bottle sucks and jams often. Buy thin plastic cement instead. Tamiya is a great brand for that.

oh yes Warhammer games take so mutch time. Thats the reason why i say start with smaller games.

all armies are good if you can play them. But Space marines are good to start. I played one game against blood angels and they tablet me :D
