@@Crispi1260that makes sense, if they want to restrict it to members I understand. The part that confused me was that some videos would still have the donation section which made me think removing them was just a stylistic choice.
@@spectra20000 I think it’s more for the algorithm. People tend to turn off at the donos, so they’re usually cut out because it tends to hurt the viewing figures or something if people switch off early. Rarely, they may just forget to remove them.
A suggestion on the Fate system, instead of the pool simply being the DM and the Player, I suggest a third pool in which spent fate sits untill gained, how its gained would be up to the DM, I feel the reason players dont want to spend it is due to the DM's pool of dice increasing and therefore being negative for them.

I just thought of an interesting devils bargain for this specific situation. My hope is that it doesn’t happen, of course, and the dragon hasn’t been forced fed the Crown steel yet when they save her but as a interesting devils bargain xantheus could be given the opportunity to absorb the Crown steel from the dragon safely, but subsequently he would, of course have more crown steel corrupting him. Not to mention the ramifications it would have with both the group and obsidious. It would be an interesting conflict because he did it to save the green dragon, but also he is now further corrupted himself and is an even greater danger to everyone around him and himself. It would be especially interesting to see how gruff would take it. He would either be conflicted because xan saved the green dragon but became more corrupted or he would just be mad I don’t know which though lol
If I had a nickel for every time Tom and Kim’s characters had a heated discussion in a campaign, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?

Yeah D&D Beyond just shat all over 2014 rules recently, forcing through new rules. My character sheet is a complete mess with 3 different versions of the same spell from different sources and even 3 spells that are from the new rules that I can’t use and that I can’t remove.
Oh look. DNDBeyond's horrible 2024 rollout impacting even live plays and not just home games. Maybe 1 or possibly 2 Hasbro execs gets one less stock buy back and they hire enough programmers to fix DNDB.
I agree. Tbf, it's always weird when PCs argue morality on how other PCs kill their enemies (ignoring torture where the purpose is to prolong suffering way before death occurs)

I believe it may have been a bit of meta-gaming on Kim’s part where she was commenting on how Tom constantly said that his character was focusing on that one specific character and was angry. Don’t get me wrong she could have probably seen it in character as well, but since no one drew attention to that specific point, I can only conclude it was Meta gaming . This might have been what they were talking about when they said that Gruff never said what he was meaning.

D&D Beyond is correct, those are the new (2024) Unarmed Strike rules which include Grapple and Shove. They aren't Monk only, anybody can do them.
